There is no shower curtain in the bathtub, so we couldn't take a shower. The faucet kept leaking and couldn't be turned off. It was so noisy that I didn't fall asleep at 3:00 in the morning.

I would not recommend staying at this location. The better choice is the downtown location. I chose this one due to budget and what a mistake! $50 mandatory valet parking, $100 deposit per night. At the downtown location it's $40 for self parking and a $50 security deposit per night. Refundable at checkout less the parking. There was hardly anyone at the front desk when you needed them. And the security was more relaxed at this location. Never again!

Our Valet, Rho, was super kind and helpful at check-in and gave us advice on how to best get around town to avoid traffic. Rho helped us unload our car and made getting up to our room really easy. Having Rho as our first impression of the property was a great start to our trip!

Unfortunate and rather disappointing experience at this Hilton Garden Inn location. Had originally plan to stay for three nights. However, I decided to shorten the trip to two as I was quite uncomfortable and can’t say I felt welcome. My issue with Hilton properties is their new housekeeping policy which cuts housekeeping service to every other day. Daily housekeeping is the sole factor I stay at a hotel vs an airbnb. To make matters worse, I found the attitude of front desk staff to be hostile and condescending. Although the price of the room was fair, their security deposit is $100 per night (exorbitant) and valet parking is $50/day which is unfortunately unavoidable as they don’t offer self parking. No breakfast and when I attempted to place a dinner order, half of the menu wasn’t available. Each and every request such as asking to break a $20 bill for valet / housekeeping gratuities were all denied. By the second day, I had become accustomed to being “sorry, we cannot do….”. Exterior of the building is looking rundown; lights burned out, and the location isn’t very accessible with no Starbucks, laundromat or drug store within walking distance proximity. This marked my last visit to a Hilton property, at least for a very long time anyways. Sad that such a reputable brand is being mismanaged.

Parking is only by valet, and $50 for overnight - best to know for planning purposes. We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from Georgia tech. Easy walking distance to/from McCamish.

It's my third stay at the hotel, and I've seen how the service has deteriorated tremendously. It gets worse every time. One morning, there wasn't even any coffee at breakfast!!! The staff seems unmotivated, as if they were reluctant to provide service. At times, the hotel looks deserted, as if there was no one providing service.

We shpuld have read the google reviews for this place before booking. This place was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. No live tv so you have to sign into the subscribed sites, the bed was the most UNCOMFORTABLE thing ive ever slept on. Our backs are killing us after 3 nights there. Breakfast said it was included but it indeed is not and is $15 per person for over cooked sausage, dry eggs cereal and bagels. Thats it. Light switches are all over the place. The "automatic" blinds were broken. The ac kicked on once and it was so hot in our room. Id never come to this place again.

The hotel is a bit tattered and dirty but we were encouraged by a friendly receptionist. However, the water in the sink was only lukewarm after a 5 minute run and the tv kept turning off after a few minutes of watching. Elevator call buttons didn’t work and weird repairs like our toilet lever was installed upside down made for an increasingly eerie and disappointing experience. We were promised a repair that never came. The next morning got no better as a long wait for a very expensive valet prolonged our dismal stay and delayed our exit. There are too many other reasonable places to stay in Midtown Atlanta to stay here again.
