Check-in at the front desk was pleasant, and the staff member was very enthusiastic. However, around 9 AM, there was an urgent, persistent knocking at the door. I thought it might be a friend, so luckily I didn't open it. Through the peephole, I saw a short-haired woman. I asked what she wanted without opening the door, and she kept talking and knocking. Turns out, she was asking if we wanted housekeeping. We were checking out, so why would we need cleaning? What kind of behavior is this? Is it an individual staff's action or something the hotel intentionally does? Also, parking isn't self-service; valet parking costs $69 per day. I had already paid the full room rate on Ctrip, but they asked for a deposit of $238 per room. After checking in, I received a bank text message that the hotel had charged an additional $167 per room. When I asked the front desk, they said it was a system issue. It's really unsettling to have charges deducted without my knowledge.

Arriving in Atlanta this time, right during the World Cup, the hotel was incredibly busy. We waited about 20 minutes to check in. Because there were so many guests, calling room service was almost impossible; we could rarely get through to a real person. However, for an international city, this is understandable.

Our stay at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis was an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel's location was excellent, providing convenient access to many of Atlanta's attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible views from both our guest room and the rooftop restaurant. The city skyline created a beautiful backdrop, especially during the evening hours, and added a memorable touch to our experience. The only aspect of our stay that did not meet expectations was the on-site restaurant, Sear. While the atmosphere and service were pleasant, the food quality and overall dining experience fell short of what we anticipated from a hotel of this caliber. Despite this concern, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Atlanta Marriott Marquis for its outstanding location, exceptional staff, and stunning views.

Found an underwear in the first room they assigned to me. Reported to the front desk and got a new room, asked for a pair of slipper for 3 times and only was informed that they run out of slippers. Absolutely not going to visit twice
