Very nice downtown location, walk-in distance to a lot of venues and restaurants!
Clean & quiet, my only drawback is the parking situation, unless you do the expensive valet, you’re on your own for parking.

It was a good clean facility. My only complaint is because of the location there is really only valet parking and I think that should be prominently stated. It’s only a problem if you are in and out regularly. Other then that I had a great stay.

The first room I was assigned smelled god awful. I'm grateful that my staff member offered me a new room immediately. Even the next room was not up to par. I was gravely disappointed in the quality of the room. The paint job needed work, it was dusty, and it felt like it needed cleaning still.

All the rooms stink, definitely got catfished smh terrible place. Stayed for one night then left the next morning they refused to give me a receipt stating I have checked out. Even changed rooms & the other room was no better. There was holes on each door & still left over food from the last person in fridge! They refused to give me a refund , that was my birthday trip & ended up booking a flight to come home. It was very sad, please save your time AND money! Smh

The hotel seems to be from the 70s and decor was from that era, lots of carpet and artwx everywhere. Can belive was a 4 star then but now would give it a 2 star. No restaurant and a very simple breakfast room with very limitted selection. Would say staff were excellent and professional and friendly

The hotel is below average for the price but I guess they hiked the room rates because of the APHA conference. The staff are helpful and professional. However, one morning there was hardly any food for breakfast (no fruit, milk, yogurt, cereal, waffle, cream cheese, literally nothing). When I complained, the reception staff simply told me that the truck did not arrive on time!

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay with my cousin. We were visiting from Chicago and thought the location was excellent -- the Marta was less than 1 block away and there were plenty of conveniences nearby (restaurants, cafes, etc).
