This hotel seems to be a little older but has been updated. The beds, bath and room in general were clean and comfortable. The smell of the unit was clean—no perfumes or air freshener kind of smell. My negative is that the unit just really needed a deep clean—carpet, bath floor, outside of tub caulking door jams. The breakfast was very good. I felt like everything that needed to be really clean was, but just need a good deep clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff members were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast room was fully stocked with goodies. The only thing was the mirror in my bathroom- one light was out and it was difficult for me to see better in putting on my makeup

The stay was overall ok, we would like to get some compensation as their bathroom door didn't work and their heat/air didn't work and room were very warm. We couldn't adjust it. The building need lot of upkeep. We thought we are getting a star 3 hotel. Definitely, their hot breakfast was really good. Room was spacious, but stay was not comfortable.

We had a huge soccer tournament for the weekend. My family of 4 was comfortable and able to have a hot breakfast Saturday and Sunday for my two picky eaters.

Power outage at night l, Bath was dangerous slippery , no bath mat, bed mattress was terrible, I could not sleep the whole night not only because bed was not comfortable but AC was not working because of power outage.

Staff was friendly and polite.
Room had roaches, we had to take out our own trash and request new bags daily.
One of the large bath towels smelled of rodent urine.
Spoke with Front Operations Manager about the issues .
