Tired and worn, room needs renovation. No decoration in rooms, stains on carpet, debris under bed. Good breakfast and helpful clerk.

It's about a 20-minute walk from the airport, next to an artificial lake. You can sit outside and see planes constantly flying overhead, but it doesn't disturb your sleep at night. The cleanliness is decent, and the breakfast is the standard holiday breakfast. There are Chinese and other restaurants nearby, but the food is average. The area is predominantly inhabited by Black people.

The service at reception was very bad; one day they blocked the parking lot exit with a truck. I went to ask for help and they said I had to wait until they unloaded the truck, with a very bad attitude from the gentleman who was attending.

My husband and I stayed here twice during our trip. Each time during check in, there was a line. There should be another clerk present to check people in to cut down on wait times. That was my only issue.

The room had a little bit of a weird musty smell and I noticed a fruit fly when we got into the room. The beds were comfy. However, the pool was a HUGE disappointment. I got this hotel because my kiddos wanted to swim and the pool was FREEZING. Out of our 3 night stay they swam 45 minutes and froze to death. Needless to say, they never got back in the pool. However, the people were nice and the breakfast was great!
