Twelve Downtown, Autograph Collection

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Rooms need some deep cleaning as well as a few upgrades, particularly the bed. It felt worn down and unbalanced which let to a poor quality of sleep. Overall stay was ok, expected more from a 4Star hotel

The customer service provided by Sandra, Sky, Eric and some others made my stay all the worth while. A wonderful view and peace and quiet at your control. I will definitely be coming back again.

The room i stayed in, was alright but not clean properly. The refrigerator was pretty dirty inside out and the first night we noticed there was bedbugs

The stay was great , I was really expecting to get into the pool but unfortunately it was closed ! The employee said that it was seasonal that they opened the pool !

I chose to do valet parking for $40 a day. It was WORTH IT!! Love love love this hotel and I will definitely be going back. I had a 1 bedroom suite with balcony and it has a full kitchen. The place was beautiful!!

Very nice spot. One of my favorites in town. Location is ideal. Rooms are comfy.

My favorite place to stay for a local staycation. I stay here all the time and I’m able to get work done as well as relax. The staff has always been amazing and accommodating.
