Our stay at the Georgian was fantastic in many ways. Perfect location to stay for a show at the Fox, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the property itself is really beautiful. We reserved a 2 bedroom and found the kitchen space to creepy. It was dated and not clean, the microwave had a broken off handle and was unable to open. It looked like a portal to an old part of the hotel. Our other disappointment was the bathroom where the shampoo and conditioner containers were empty, and we had one set of towels for a room of four people. Same with the linens. The bedding seemed half made. There was no thick comforter or blankets (until we asked) considering the weather. However when we asked for those things they were all brought to us. We overall had a great stay but the room itself wasn’t quite what we’d expected given the high quality ambiance of the hotel and staff. The rooms and room prep could definitely use some work and updates.

This is an absolutely gorgeous, historic hotel. The location can’t be beat, especially for Fox Theatre shows. It was simple to get to, valet park, and check in. The valet parking isn’t cheap, but that’s all hotels. The ice maker on our floor wasn’t working. And we did see a bug near it… that was the only bad thing. The bar and restaurant on location was very convenient as well. The double queen room we got was huge with big closets! One thing to note was that our room did not come with a mini fridge or microwave. There might be some upon request but didn’t check. The hotel had beautiful staircases and many photo worthy set ups.

This is my fourth stay at the Georgian Terrace. I always enjoy my time here. The property is beautiful. Jade at the front desk was consistently pleasant and helpful to us throughout our stay. The location cannot be beat if you are catching a show at the Fox Theater. Surrounding restaurants are excellent. Some details of the hotel need updating like our duvet cover was starting to show signs of wear and the safe in the room did not work. Our kitchen was not stocked with any silverware or cups or anything. The ice makers on our floor and the two floors above us did not work so we had to go a floor below for ice. My hope Is that the property will be updated, and these will no longer be issues by my next visit, which I look forward to.

I booked the Georgian for a quick getaway. I specifically chose this hotel because of it’s vintage style and room style. The hotel itself was breathtaking. However, my room did not match the online photos or the hotel in general. The kitchen was dated, appliances where broke, my room slept 4 guests, but I was only given dishes to accommodate 3 people. When I asked for flatware, I was given prepackaged plastic flatware. There were no dishes in the kitchen upon arrival. I was later told we had to request a kitchen package. The built in microwave was broke. However, they did have an additional microwave that was missing it’s plate. The bathroom toilet and shower was not clean. There were so many things missing from our room that it made getting ready for the day difficult due to us having to constantly call downstairs to request the missing items. I booked the hotel for a five day stay in February as well, but after my weekend stay I canceled. It kinda ****** because the hotel staff was amazing, the location was great, the views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and the common areas were all gorgeous. For the price, I was not expecting my room to look so run down. Overall, I still had a ok experience.

Always our go-to hotel in Atlanta! We are never disappointed. Jada at the front desk was SO welcoming and gave us an upgrade! Fabulous place and I’m always sad to check out!

We love the location of the Georgian when we're in town to see shows at the Fox Theatre. Being right across the street and also close to several restaurants means we've stayed here a few times. The room was relatively clean, though we did find Cheetos on the floor. My review probably would have been higher, but it seems the heat was broken in our room. We noticed it was struggling to raise the temp in the evening, but it was slowly increasing in temperature so we didn't say anything. Unfortunately when we woke up it was only 59 degrees in our room, with a cold draft coming from the balcony door (a door that is bolted closed so we know it was not open). We did mention it to the front desk and they kindly comped our valet parking, but it did put a damper on our stay here.
