There are many high end hotels in Atlanta and Buckhead, GA. This property is head above the shoulders in comparison to the others. The beddings are so comfortable, the white linens assures one of absolute cleanness, the Staff is prompt, and everyone is a VIP here according to their Staff. This place has r lost an inch of its luste all these years. A real grand dame of luxury hotels! The Atlas restaurant there is also to dine for. A 5 star French cuisines!

Amazing trip. One of my favorite properties to stay at while in Atlanta GA. Staff, food, drinks and house car, all 5 star and beyond treatment. I can go on and talk about the personal touches from the ice cream Sundays to the lounge, the list goes on and on. I would not stay anywhere else in Buckhead, GA.

Went for Afternoon Tea. We have been to Afternoon and/or High Tea on several occasions, mostly in England, but also another place in Atlanta. Anyway, this tea was horrible! The “sandwiches” weren’t actually traditional tea sandwiches- they were some weird “gourmet” version of what the chef thought would be a fancy version, but all of them tasted like mud. And the sweets all tasted like nothing. So between the cost of the tea, the tip, the valet fee and tip, we spent over $225 for food that we found to be inedible.

Planned a romantic staycation with my wife and was disappointing at service and found for what you get it is grossly overpriced. I would suggest going elsewhere. Since Marriott purchased the St Regis and Ritz Carlton brands Marriott Corp has really reduced and diminished the quality and level of service previously provided and guests expected from what was a five star property brand. We have reservations at the on-site restaurant Atlas and a couples massage at the spa tomorrow and will follow up:

I was in ATL for a nearby funeral. I was checking and Nora very sweetly asked me what brought me to town. I told her a close friends funeral. She was only 55. She very quickly and repeatedly told me how sorry she was and she was clearly sincere and empathetic in her demeanor. Very personal but professional to the max. It was busy so she wrapped my checking in up very professionally and saying again how sorry she was. I thanked her again. Within an hour there was a knock at my door and another employee was there with an incredibly personal but again appropriate declaration of her sympathy on St Regis letterhead with a nice bottle of wine. I was taken aback to say the least. I’d had some frustration before checking in with getting dinner reservations (concierge didn’t follow up adequately IMO and I had to leave a voicemail for the operations manager which she didn’t return but had a restaurant employee email me back) but Nora’s empathy and kindness blew all of the earlier frustration away. Nora was awesome and hopefully I see her upon my return next week. The best part of the St Regis is its staff and Nora exemplifies that to the maximum.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights for a wedding we had to attend. The property is in a good location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Very nice property and well maintained. Nice restaurant and bar. We did take in the spa one day for massages, which was very nice. The room was well appointed. Very clean. Comfortable bed, bathroom was spacious, and a/c worked well. No downsides at all. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.

We came here for a Mini stacatiinn,as a newly married couple. My husband spent 2 weeks organising chocalate covered strawberries, champagne, rose petals to suprise me on our arrival. Checkin was at 4pm..we arrived at 5.10 and our room was nt ready..also the checkin process was remidial. When we got to our room non of my husband's pre planning had be enacted..everything came in dribs and drabs....I aporeciated his efforts but he was so upset. 8 am so upset for him. Rooms clean, servers great but if you want romance or something special go else where

The property is beautiful. The room is very nice, but the service leaves so much to be desired. When I check in at Marriott properties I normally get welcomed based on my Bonvoy status and I get a choice of "rewards" (points, breakfast, upgrade, etc.) . Today, as I checked in I got absolutely nothing. I was fine with that and did not intend to make an issue of that. When my suitcases were brought to the room by a very friendly gentleman he asked if we would like some ice for our room as our travelling companions (in another room) were getting some ice. So we said we would like some ice. At of now (5 hours later) the ice has not been delivered. I am used to MUCH better.
