The hotel is a little off the beaten track, and many places around it are undeveloped. There are basically no restaurants around. It's relatively close to the aquarium and Coca-Cola, and you can get there in about 10 minutes by Uber. It takes 20 minutes to walk. But it's cost-effective and the room is quite big.

The hotel room is very clean and quite satisfactory. The location of the hotel is not biased. It is relatively close to Coke World, Aquarium and Olympic Park. It takes less than half an hour to walk there.

Reverb was so nice and had the perfect vibe to relax or get down. I will definitely go back even for a staycation because the staff rolled out the red carpet and did everything perfect. Truly a hidden gem that needs to be visited!

The beds didn't have a comforter and the pillows are always flat...no matter where we stay, hotel pillows are always the worst! Overall the hotel was great!

I loved our room, I didn’t like the house keeping staff as they were rude, check out was at Noon and a little before 11 the lady came to us asking how long are y’all going to be here? When are you leaving. I didn’t spend any money while there but I had a bill I didn’t recognize I tried to call and all you get is a voicemail to speak with someone in the billing department, to leave a message and they call you back.
