❌❌ i will never go back to this place, stay there for 3 nights like nightmare !! - receptionist guys are not help - housekeeping skipped my room no changing towels or anything in toilet (not counting making bed since it is budget hotel) i was looking for the sign to hang the door for room-services or fresh towel but none - no pillows cases, they use the bed sheets cover the pillow for my room, the pic on display hotel pillow it looks so fine - location isn’t good for women walking along the street, seems dangerous and dark, the road seems no cars passing through, if you have budget about this hotel, i highly recommend put few more $ for better place.

I stayed for 2 nights, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The bed sheets were not changed during my stay, and the staff didn’t seem to care about the guests’ comfort. The TV wasn’t working, and there were no tea or coffee facilities available—not even anything for self-service. Overall, it was a very bad trip. I wouldn’t recommend it.

My recent stay at the Ibis [Insert specific Ibis hotel name here if you have one, otherwise leave as "this particular Ibis"] in Paris was, to put it mildly, a disaster. What was supposed to be a charming Parisian getaway quickly soured due to the hotel's unacceptable conditions. The most immediate and inescapable issue was the smell. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, there was a persistent, unpleasant odor – a musty, stale scent that seemed to permeate every corner of the hotel, including our room. It made relaxing impossible and frankly, felt unsanitary. We tried airing out the room, but the smell clung to the old carpets and worn-out furnishings. Speaking of furnishings, the amenities were shockingly poor, even for a budget-friendly hotel. The "bare-bones" approach here translates to "barely functional." The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and unreliable, making it a struggle to even look up directions. The television had a limited selection of channels, mostly fuzzy. The bathroom was tiny and poorly maintained, with a shower that fluctuated wildly in temperature and a pitiful supply of thin, scratchy towels. Don't even get me started on the "complimentary" toiletries – a tiny bar of soap and a sachet of something unidentifiable. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, and the overall cleanliness, beyond the smell, was questionable. We found dust in corners and a general air of neglect. While we weren't expecting luxury, we did expect a clean, comfortable, and functional place to rest after long days exploring Paris. This Ibis failed on all counts. The pervasive bad smell and the shockingly poor amenities made our stay deeply unpleasant. We will absolutely not be returning and would strongly advise anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris to look elsewhere. Save your money and your olfactory senses!

Close to the metro and big supermarket, great breakfast, good bed and pillows. The hotel is simple but clean. Neighborhood is a bit far from the city center, but it has metro and bus.

Room condition was not satisfactory and reception delayed me 1 hour and asking for 16£ where I suppose to pay 2.53£ as it’s mentioned in voucher and I have to wait in reception for 1 hour after that she allowed me to go my room

Not the first time I've used the hotel and I would use it again but checking in was chaotic and took over an hour. This as the hotel said trip.com offers prices that are not "official" leading the hotel to try and charge over and above the additional fees that are shown on the app. To cut a long story short they eventually found someone who knew how to deal with the issue and performed the check in. The hotel location is not great say some. It's OK really. There is a metro station close by (Aimé Césaire, exit 3). There is an Auchan supermarket between the 2 and plenty of restaurants and small shops in the vicinity. It can be busy and there are some "characters" but they tend not to interfere with tourists. The hotel offers a lot of (pay for) services. Breakfast, freshly cooked pizzas, various vending machines including one that is like a mini Uber Eats but you may want to use Uber Eats to have a lot more choice. The breakfasts are OK. Not sure if they justify their price. The rooms are fairly comfortable. Bed comfy enough. Bathrooms like the rooms a bit aged but functional. TV small. But you get what you pay for. And as I said, a hotel I would happily return to especially if I find a good deal on trip.

The room is quite clean, but the service is poor. The front - desk receptionists are impolite! Especially the lady in green!

Overall the hotel was great, I don't have any complaints. Rooms were clean Linens were clean Bathroom was clean and big Towels were clean Easy checkin Close to metro station Very Close to Auchan (super market) You can ask for hairdryer, iron, etc from reception, just submit your id. Being a budget hotel, you can't ask for more

Very close to the metro station, budget-friendly, acceptable cleanliness. However, no hair dryer inside the room.
