A nice basic hotel within a few minutes drive of Bates College and downtown Lewiston. There are a number of chain restaurants within walking distance. A friendly and welcoming staff and large rooms with a small kitchen and nice seating area. Happy to stay there again if needing to visit the area.

The hotel is well situated. Staff are very friendly.
Room was convenient and spacious. The shower door didn’t slide all the way, so water would escape through the gap.
The breakfast had very limited healthy choices (everything was full of sugar). The dining area was small and needed some cleaning (especially during the busy breakfast hours).

Clean quiet a friendly staff in an area close to food a shopping a the highway. The room was clean an comfortable, we at for 3 weeks an enjoyed every moment.

I stay here every time I visit family. This time around wasn't as great as previous times. The pool although inside was too cold to use. No one ever seems to use the pool. The shower in my room, 223 has all kinds of mold and mildew on the caulking and it's kind of gross. The top of the refrigerator certainly has not been wiped down in a while. Breakfast was certainly not the best. The eggs are always rubbery and the sausage links were totally dried out like they were from previous days. The reason I would always come back is because it's very convenient and in the middle of pretty much everything I need and the staff whether it be the front desk, cleaning services or kitchen are extremely friendly and very very helpful. That in itself is enough for me to come back.

Came back from Virginia to see family an friends and unfortunately funerals after the Mass shooting tragedy. But our room is amazing and comfortable an makes you feel like you’re at home.

Breakfast was a little different than I've found before, there were a variety of breakfast muffins as well as a kale, tomato and cheddar frittata.
The room itself was an accessible one and the door was open when I arrived, it needed pulling closed when leaving each time. The main issue was the smell, it had a strong smell which wasn't overly unpleasant but was also not particularly nice. I soon got used to it though.
The room itself was a good size with lots of good options in the kitchen. However I'd have liked a kettle.
Bed was comfortable and where I was didn't have too much noise from outside. However I could hear lots of crashing about from upstairs during the night.

Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Bed was awesome and the bathroom & kitchenette areas clean - no sticky floors. Pull out couch bed - d minus for comfort. Out of 5 bath towels over 2 days, only 2 didn’t have stains. Tiny bug crawling in the kitchenette sink. Overall a B+/A-. Would stay again but never count on the pull out couch bed - get a room with 2 actual beds if needed.
