Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland

Very close to the Sky City Intercity Bus Terminal and was convenient to get to from the airport. The same bus terminal is also the pick up location for intercity buses and Great Sights tour buses. Short walk to the Harbour and plenty of buses around the street. Overall rooms were clean, comfortable and toilets came with rain showers. Room also had a perfect view of the Sky Tower. Did not use any other amenities in the hotel as was mostly out all day.

The manager lady who at the reception was not friendly. Did not introduce everything and you have to ask. No warm welcoming The shower was not working properly. Service at restaurant for breakfast was nice. Breakfast was on average Parking for extra No bottle water provided

A clean and spacious hotel located in the CBD. It's footsteps away from Skycity and within walking distance to Queen St and many restaurants, bars and conscience stores. The room was quite big with a comfortable bed and choices to pick different types of pillows. There was also in-room ironing board and the Wifi signals were strong. Would have been even better if there were better views of the city. Staff were professional and attentive, especially during late nights - as sometimes the access cards didn't allow you into the hotel, and you needed to use the intercom. Highly recommend and will be back in the future.
