The front desk were really nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is close to bus stops and not to far from the train station. I had a great experience staying here.

The location is convenient, and though the room is small, it's very clean. The staff are friendly and speak Chinese. They offer a free Western breakfast, and luggage storage is available. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Our first room was small, noisy & the shower door leaked causing the bathroom to flood. Once we mentioned this to management we were immediately moved to a different room and we were very happy with it!

The location was great, and the staff were friendly. I'm giving it a 4/5 because it seemed like they were renovating, and there were still bits of masking tape left in various spots in the room.

The hotel was not as clean as expected, and the room looked quite old and dated. The facilities also seemed to need better maintenance.

Location was good, approx 5 mins walk to Westfield where they also offered free shuttle to CBD hourly. Room was clean, had microwave, fridge, kettle provided. A wee bit tight and no air cond in the budget room. I did not notice this when placing booking (my mistake) but weather was decent during our stay so no issues. Breakfast was pretty good too - cheese, ham, toast, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Best part was the pancake machine! Enough to get your day started. Guest laundry available for use too. Staff were helpful with requests.
