The hotel boasts a great downtown CBD location, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Service was generally good, but there's no dedicated hotel parking. You have to park on the 7th floor or higher of the adjacent carpark building, which could be a bit challenging for less experienced drivers. Plus, parking isn't free; it's $30 per day. For a global chain, this feels a bit odd to Chinese guests, as free parking is usually expected. Oh well, perhaps it's just one of those unexpected things in developed countries.

The hotel was excellent! The bedding was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was prompt. The location is incredibly convenient, right near Sky Tower and close to Queen Street and Victoria Street. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and they even offered Chinese-speaking service. Overall, a great experience!

This hotel is right in the city center. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast selection is great, and it's super convenient being just a block away from Sky Tower! It's a fantastic place to stay, and I'd definitely come back again!

The stay was great! The front desk staff were very friendly and even provided a Chinese-language guide with important information. It's also convenient to get to the Sky Tower, and there are many restaurants nearby, so you can find anything you're craving.

The Crowne Plaza Auckland was truly the perfect end to our New Zealand trip! It's within walking distance to popular attractions like Sky Tower and Queen Street. There are tons of malls, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. No need to worry about transportation at all. 🏨 Super Comfortable Room: The city view room offered expansive views of the Auckland cityscape. The room was spacious, the bedding was soft and clean, and housekeeping kept everything spotless – not a speck of dust anywhere. The facilities were complete and very well-maintained, the bathroom amenities were high-quality, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. 💁♀️ Super Professional Service: As a high-end hotel under IHG, the service was absolutely top-notch! The front desk staff were warm and professional, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient and smooth. They proactively helped with luggage, answered travel questions, and were quick to respond to any requests. The attention to detail really showed the thoughtfulness and care of a premium hotel. 🌿 Fantastic Environment: The hotel lobby has a great design, and the public areas are clean and tidy with a 고급 (high-class) and comfortable atmosphere. It's great for relaxing or taking photos. Our New Zealand trip with my friend was made even more perfect by this hotel. Next time we're in Auckland, this will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland!

The room was a bit small, but the bed was quite comfortable, and the view outside the window was nice, with the Sky Tower visible. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, just a five-minute walk to Queen Street. There's a 'green supermarket' nearby, and next to it, a Kiwi souvenir shop has the cheapest items. The chocolate prices in the supermarket were also reasonable. Breakfast was plentiful and complete, and the service was good. It's a pretty standard star-rated hotel. Apart from the small room and weak shower pressure, everything else was quite satisfactory. Parking was on the 7th floor or above of the adjacent parking garage, costing $15 per day on weekends and $30 per day on weekdays. You pay for parking before leaving the hotel.

I stayed for four days and absolutely loved it. The location is incredibly convenient; Sky Tower, Queen Street, a large supermarket (presumably referring to 'Green Super'), Chinese restaurants, the Art Gallery, Albert Park, and Tony's Steakhouse are all within a 10-minute walk. The twin room had two large beds, and the room itself was spacious enough. Breakfast was mostly Western, with all the essentials, and the flat white at the bar was delicious. Overall, it was great, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
