Auckland Airport Kiwi Motel

The room was clean and tidy, with all facilities in good working order. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and there are plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was efficient. It offers great value for money and a wonderful experience. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time!

Due to a flight change, I had to book this hotel at the last minute. Unfortunately, the airline changed my flight again, so I couldn't make it to the hotel. I tried to cancel and get a refund, but they flat-out refused. Even with the help of Trip.com staff, my request was repeatedly and mercilessly denied. I would never stay at such an unfeeling and heartless hotel! I even provided ample proof of the flight change, but they still refused. Absolutely inhumane!

The hotel facilities are outdated, lack soundproofing, and offer little privacy. Plus, the restaurant is overpriced and the portions are small; my pork chop was 80% bone with hardly any meat. As a transit hotel, it's a poor choice – there are many better options nearby. What's more, my travel companion left a jacket behind, and emails to the hotel went unanswered. I then contacted the hotel through Trip.com, only to be told they hadn't found a jacket, which is quite perplexing...

The soundproofing in the room was poor, and it's quite far from the city center. It faces a cemetery, though the overall environment isn't bad. All in all, it was just average and not particularly cheap. Facilities: Mediocre. One of the faucets was broken, and the shower stall was tiny with very low water pressure.
