Everything was all good. The skydrive bus stop is just downstairs. We went to Rotorua and the bus stop is also downstairs. Everything was good except the basin. The water in the basin clogged a bit. There are no slipper and toothbrush at the hotel so better bring your own.

We stayed here for a week, flying in from Hong Kong. Its a 30 minutes taxi ride from the airport in the centre of the CBD in Auckland. Location is perfect, many shops and restaurants nearby. The revolving restaurant up on the 55/f of the Sky Tower was fantastic. Day trips we went to the bus terminus downstairs had tours to Glow wroms caves and Hobbiton. Overall great experience.

The staff are all accomodating and friendly, the hotel room is quite big for family, its always clean, and the food at The Terrace is amazing, so many variety and its really delicious, we will definitely accomodate with this hotel again. We Love the place & location too.

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable, excellent service, and a great breakfast! This is my top choice for business trips and vacations. I'll definitely choose it again! There are tons of popular, well-known Auckland restaurants right downstairs, so you have plenty of dining options!

Great location right in the city, with everything within easy walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given how central it is. Bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and staff were polite and efficient. Overall, a fuss-free, reliable stay that worked very well for our trip. Would happily stay again for the convenience alone.

Excellent central and iconic area to stay with several restaurants to choose from inhouse including the sky tower that revolves to experience a 360 degree of Auckland and surrounding areas with high class food. Casino and plenty of cheap parking on the premise. Clean large rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful.
