Stayed in a habitat room on the ground floor. Room was nice, bed was a bit hard. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was a let down, having stayed here twice before 3 years ago. The food was amazing. This time it was terrible. I paid $39 for a lamb rack. It was chewy and not enjoyable at all. Very close to the airport and easy to get an uber rather then the shuttle. Will stay again bit will eat out next time.

Pros: The lobby was nice and breakfast very good. Although the hotel wasn’t at the airport like a couple of others, it was close. Parking was ok, 10 dollars. It might be worth it to save money on taxis by renting a car or use $8 paid shuttle. Cons: the rooms although decorated felt old and dark. There was a humid quality to the room. There didn’t look like there were bedbugs and we checked the beds, but I got bitten up with itchy bites. I did see flying gnat like things in the room. Not sure if those are the bugs that bit. There was no complimentary water like in other hotels.

We love this place. Unique little touches that make it special. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent quality linen and decent big towels. The bath in Oasis room was luxury - just needed some bubble bath or salts to make it A+. Restaurant is lovely and breakfast buffet was delicious and included in our room rate. Thanks so much we will be back again. Thank you for letting us upgrade to late checkout. Close to airport and easy to get to.

Hotel rooms is good. Locations near airport staff reception all polite and helpful. Only thing the lift is so far other then that all good.

Facilities were excellent and the staff were great (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). The location itself is close to the airports with a transit bus that runs between hotel and airport 24/7 around every 20 minutes ($8 per adult, children free 🙌🏽). We had buffet breakfast added and were really happy with everything that was available. The bar is handy if you’re looking to indulge, with plenty of seating options available around the site to cater for the solo traveler or groups. The pool, mini golf and free popcorn machine located in the foyer were a hit with the kids (as was the free wifi for their electronics), and the gym hit the spot for those of us who wanted to get our workouts in. There’s really nothing we could fault with the short stay that we had and we’d definitely recommend this hotel to others travelling through Auckland.

I recently stayed at Naumi Hotel Auckland Airport. The bed was comfortable and I managed to get some rest, but several issues affected my stay. The rugs and carpet in the room were quite dirty, which made the space feel unclean. The bathroom tiles also had mould, which was disappointing to see. On top of that, the air conditioner wasn’t working, making the room uncomfortable. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better maintenance and cleanliness. I hope the management addresses these concerns soon, as the hotel has good potential but needs significant improvement in upkeep.
