Auckland Airport Kiwi Hotel

Although the outside of the hotel could do with just some little renovation, the inside was quite modern and the room was super comfortable, clean and also quiet. Very peaceful to rest after a long flight and to get ready for the next one. Bathroom was super spacious and clean as well. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. They helped me with every question I had and to organize the shuttle back and forth from the airport for free! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Kiwi Hotel!

They were brilliant to deal with. Note they did NOT want $150 cash upon arrival just a copy of yr credit card. The team were wonderful  the courtesy bus the beat, restaurant waa very fast and affordable. Great team on reception - thank you!! We will be back again. Lou

I chose the double or single room - ended up with a double AND single room! What a surprise! Was a bit disappointed that the shower head was attached to the wall - especially for a hotel. The room was huge and relatively clean, although there were a few ants?

It’s more like a motel but it’s close to the airport and they have shuttle buses to and from the airport but far from the city center by bus it takes over an hour by taxi a little over 20 minutes. They have restaurant so you can eat there breakfast or dinner.

The receptionist is kind and friendly. The room is spacious. The airport transfer service is free of charge. We traveled back and forth to the hotel and airport by the yellow bus. There is no lift in the hotel. Other than that, everything is great.

Front staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I was able to rest and get my work done in the hotel room. There is a small shop and a place to eat walking distance down the street. I was able to buy large sized bottles of water and have a good satisfying meal. I would have liked to stay there an extra day... just to sleep more. I enjoyed the peace and quiet.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Great having a free shuttle. Great for a cheap hotel. But CAN’T recommend the restaurant. Very ordinary to say the least. Felt like food all came out of a packet and was just heated. Will not eat there again

It was good for the price. Very helpful front desk service. Bathroom paintwork a bit patched together and quite a lot of dings and scrapes on doors andcwalls. Shower tiling nice and carpet flooring and decor pleasing. Main issue was no teaspoon to stir the coffee. Suggest bamboo single use disposables be available. Room was not heavy on room deodoriseres and cleaning agents which i like as often react to these. Wasnt sure if window had opening, needed fresh air. Nice linens and pillows.
