Regarding transportation: There's a yellow shuttle bus to the hotel from both the domestic and international terminals. It's best to check the timetable and wait accordingly, as the longest wait can be 35 minutes. Make sure you're taking the yellow shuttle bus specifically for Jetpark – it has writing on the top, offers USB charging, and is even made in China. Regarding breakfast: The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a good variety of options. It starts early at 5:30 AM and finishes at 10 AM. If you have the time, I highly recommend getting the buffet breakfast. Even if your booking doesn't include it, you can pay on-site; it's not expensive. I can't remember the exact price, but it was around 30 NZD per adult, and children are cheaper. They even support WeChat Pay, and surprisingly, WeChat offers special favorable exchange rates. Regarding self-drive parking: Hotel parking is free, which isn't the case for all hotels. The hotel has a massive parking lot, and you can tell how popular the hotel is just by how full it gets. When parking overnight, be careful not to park too close to the front desk area. Overnight vehicles should be parked a bit further away. Finally: The hotel rooms are not small, and the service is top-notch, international standard. My personal conclusion is that the hotel rooms are much larger than similarly priced hotels in Hong Kong, and the overall service is just as good. All in all, it offers better value than hotels in similar locations in Hong Kong. Plus, the cost of living in this city isn't necessarily higher than in Hong Kong. The above is for reference only.

A comfortable four-star hotel with incredibly comfortable beds. They offer four pillows of different firmness for guests to choose from, and if that's not enough, you can request more from housekeeping. The tea selection is diverse, and the bathrobes are plush. The restaurant on the first floor is also excellent; I ordered the chef's special and a drink, and the price wasn't too expensive. The airport shuttle bus stopping right at the entrance is very convenient.

Jet Park Hotel offers a shuttle service every 30-35 minutes. Make sure to look for the yellow hotel bus, and confirm it's for Jet Park Hotel and Ibis. The hotel facilities are very clean, the grounds are spacious, and the staff are very friendly. It's a great value-for-money option if you're staying near Auckland Airport!

The free airport shuttle bus is a major plus. Jetpark and Ibis hotels share the same yellow shuttle bus, and you'll see "Jetpark/Ibis" displayed on the screen above the bus's front window. Perhaps because it's free, the bus runs less frequently than other yellow airport shuttles, and there are relatively more passengers. Since the bus departs from Jetpark and stops at the Ibis hotel to pick up more guests, and there are some traffic lights along the way, it takes about 15 minutes to reach the domestic terminal and 20 minutes to the international terminal from Jetpark.

The free, scheduled airport shuttle is a nice touch. However, the check-in process was inefficient. After the shuttle dropped off a whole busload of people, we had to queue up, which took a long time. It would be great if they could streamline that!

There's a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is quite convenient, and the dining options are plentiful. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms is a bit poor; you can hear conversations from the next room. Luckily, my family was staying next door.

Extremely close to the airport. You can take the yellow bus for free from the bus stop at the international arrivals area (Zone D). It runs every half an hour, 24/7. The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming. We arrived at the front desk around 7 AM, but check-in is normally at 3 PM. Since we were exhausted from our international flight, and the hotel had available rooms, they allowed us to check in early for an additional NZD 50, which was an absolute bargain! The hotel beds are also very large and comfortable, and the facilities are brand new. Toiletries are provided. The only two downsides were that the shower pressure was a bit weak and the air conditioning was quite noisy. Otherwise, everything was very satisfactory!

Flying to Christchurch the next day, so I stayed near the airport. The room was clean and tidy, and it had a large balcony. The free shuttle bus stops right outside the hotel, was very punctual, and the driver was friendly. It also stops at the Ibis along the way, which is super convenient.
