Well located motel in Auckland city, with friendly staff and spotlessly clean rooms. Highly recommended this motel to others.

The room was very clean and much more spacious than other hotels. The service was friendly, and it offered great value for money. However, the surrounding area is quite quiet, which makes it perfect for a short stay.

Very happy with the clean and spacious room. However the ceiling was abit low. Nevertheless very value for money due to location and size.

Very good location, 10 min walk to a shopping mall. Decent size room. Everything function well. The only negative is the shower cubicle is too small. It is hard to take a bath.

This is a small Chinese-owned guesthouse where you can speak Chinese fluently throughout. It's a 20-minute walk from Mount Eden, and there's a good Chinese restaurant and a stall selling egg pancakes for breakfast nearby. The shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. If you're checking in after 6 PM, you need to contact the hotel in advance via email. They will put your room key in a locker in the parking lot and give you the password. You can check in yourself upon arrival.

The hotel facilities are good, with daily room cleaning and a quiet environment. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, and a large double bed. The space is of normal size, and there is a small open kitchen with a microwave and kettle. A few kitchen utensils are provided, and coffee, tea bags, and chocolate are offered. The bathroom and toilet are in good condition, with shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. However, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, and disposable slippers are not available. Overall, it's OK and I would consider staying there again.

The location isn't great. Although it's close to Newmarket, it's not in the city center, and there aren't many shops around. It's a 10-minute walk to Newmarket. For $1000 a night, you could get a 4-5 star hotel in the city. The hotel's facilities are barely at a motel level. However, the lack of breakfast is baffling. I don't understand why the hotel is listed as a "high-end" hotel on Ctrip. The front desk lists it at $20 per person. Secondly, the person at check-in who speaks Chinese (I don't want to guess where they're from) asked two questions. Since we were only staying one night and our flight was at 9 PM the next day, with airport pickup at 7 PM, we wanted to ask if we could delay check-out or leave our luggage at the front desk. However, the person said check-out was only possible before 10:30 AM, and the front desk only closes at 6 PM on Saturdays, requiring us to pick up our luggage by 5:40 PM. Before we could even speak, they added that they wouldn't keep someone on duty to watch our luggage just because of our late pickup time. I'm speechless. Is this what they call a "high-end" hotel? The baggage service operates on a strict schedule, and the staff's tone is incredibly irritating. Just because we all speak Chinese, we get lectured. Seriously, I want to say, if you're abroad, avoid VVVV or similar Chinese-owned businesses. They seem to have no sympathy for you just because you're Chinese; it's not comfortable at all. Thirdly, the next morning, a huge, super loud car started up right outside our window, waking us all instantly and making it impossible to sleep. Then, over the past two days in Auckland, we've noticed small red welts on the hands and arms of all three of us, like we've been bitten. Their hygiene is terrible. Seriously, I strongly advise against using these services.

The location is great, very close to Westfield. There are supermarkets nearby. Chinese staff, no language problem. The only downside is that it's very close to the road, so it's not very quiet at night.

Good location, nice environment, Chinese-speaking staff. The downside is that there are no staff after 7pm, and you need to swipe your card to enter and exit. In addition, check-out at 10am is a bit too early.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Newmarket shopping. The front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. Our family had a lot of suitcases, and she helped keep them after check-out. The rooms were very clean, and there was parking. Must give a thumbs up!
