Functional and souless, but a good location for Queenstown with plenty of car parking. The customer service was poor by the usually warm standard of NZ. The receptionist commented on how ”tired you look” Grrrr..who likes to be told that?! And the breakfast venue was so dire and overpriced ($25 each!) we went instead to a nearby woolworths complex with excellemt cafes instead.

The tallest building in Orewa Town, the view is very high, spacious and comfortable, washing machine dryer is available, the bed is comfortable, there is a big supermarket downstairs, too close to the beach, the price is super high.

A very cost-effective living option. We brought two babies and booked a 90-square-meter two-bedroom, one-living room apartment. The most important thing is that the price of 340 New Zealand dollars also includes breakfast for our family of four. The breakfast is also good and worth experiencing.
