We had just arrived at our holiday destination and wanted to view the restaurant before deciding where to eat there later that evening. The reception we were given was frosty, very unfriendly and unhelpful. There are many other restaurants in the area with better hospitality.

Stayed 15/9/2022, our night was great the hotel was great, however we booked through ***********,when we checked out the following morning ,the price of the room was on the bill too.We checked , we had not been charged by ***********, so paid the hotel.We have also been charged by ***********.We have been in touch with *********** on 17/9/22, heard nothing, again 5/10/22, then 7/10/22 , each time they have said Le Goyen would refund our card, we have called today 9/10/22 *********** said they have paid Le Goyen, So the Hotel should refund our money,we are still wating

Visited the restaurant with 3 families and had sub-standard experience (both service and food). 3 dishes were forgotten and only served after multiple reminders (rest of the group had already finished their entrees and plats). Waiter spilled food on a leather jacket. We had to pour wine ourselves. Both the mediterranean and brazilian fish course were oily and bland. Most disappointing was that no apologies were offered and the responsible staff was hiding behind low level employees until we had left.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel Le Goyen, en particulier l'accueil très convivial et professionnel. La chambre et le petit déjeuner étaient très bien. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant où nous avons dégusté des mets raffinés avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.

RAS, une ambiance comme on les aime, le juste ton entre le convivial, le familial et l'attentionné, sans chichis et courbettes. Nous avions réservé une nuit en 1/2 pension, et chaque étape de notre parcours s'est déroulée à merveille (accueil, diner, nuit, petit déjeuner). Diner 4 plats (mises en bouche, entrée, plat, fromage et dessert) surprenant de créativité et de fraicheur. On a tout aimé, spécialement le quasi de veau, cuit à la perfection. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, on a même eu droit à des cocos de Paimpol-saucisses. Chambre impeccable, jolie vue sur le port. Même si l'hôtel se trouve sur la rue qui longe le port, on a dormi la fenêtre entrouverte sans avoir le moindre bruit de circulation. En cherchant bien, on pourrait critiquer l'absence de spa... mais des travaux sont prévus prochainement dans les bâtiments à gauche de l'hôtel pour un agrandissement (plus de chambres) + espace bien être.

À part les peignoirs de bain .,,,,, 4O minutes d’attente pour prendre la commande. La première bouteille commandée n’existe plus. La deuxième est chaude (explication : tout le monde a pris le même vin et le réfrigérateur n’est pas assez grand… pas un sourire … pas d’excuse ..mais si on n’est pas satisfait, on vous conseille d’aller chez un étoilé !

Très bon séjour rien à redire le petit déjeuner fabuleux et grand choix , il est difficile de ne pas trouver ce qu'on aime! chambre standard très propre vue mer cafetière Nespresso en chambre, toilettes séparées, douche à l'italienne.

Un hôtel comme on rêve d'en voir plus souvent ! Propre, confortable et surtout tellement authentique avec un accueil incroyablement gentil, une superbe vue sur le port depuis les chambres tout ça à un prix abordable pour un 4* ! Le restaurant est aussi à recommander avec une cuisine de grande qualité (tout comme le petit déjeuner !). On reviendra avec grand plaisir !

Super HÔTEL l'accueil géniale enfin pour equipe après midi et de restauration car au petit déjeuner c'est une autre histoire...personne non accueillante à l'entrée dès le départ des jus d'orange 🤪et l'autre serveuse desservant les tables vraiment pas aimable avec les clients, manque de diplomatie pour être dans un hôtel si bien référencé...se permettant des des commentaires pas trop discret sur les clients avec la personne à l'accueil des jus d'orange. J'ai cru comprendre que c'était la responsable en+...bravo..
