Travelling to Loipersdorf Therme last 15 years and never dissapointed. The hotel Sonnereich offers great rooms with balconies, nice restaurants with variety for breakfasts and dinners. Attentive staff. Bathrobe and towels for the spa. Direct connection by the indoor walkway to the Schaffelbad and therme. Absolutely recommend.

Das Sonnreich is a very nice hotel, visited here couple times before for a conference trip. Stayed always only 1 night which was too short. Nice big rooms, very clean, indoor swimming pool almost 40m long. The hotel is nicely placed in the Austrian nature. Very friedly staff. Looking forward to next visit!

need to take more days to get more of your visit to Das Sonnreich - around the hotel there are many interesting places, castles that are worth visiting. It is very beneficial for health to visit the therms for 10-14 days.

Our second time stay in this hotel and will return soon.All spaces in the hotel are very clean, rooms are spacious and quiet, breakfast was brilliant, nice pool. Our children love to swing in a lobby and of course a presence of o house cat Sunny.

Schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal. Defacto haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vom Ankommen bis zur Abreise wurden wir ( vor allem auch die Kinder) freundlich behandelt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und auch das Ambiente stimmig. Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind für uns die beiden Kinder/Jugendspielbereiche, bei denen vieles erneuert gehört.

DUSCHE statt Badewanne wäre von Vorteil, zu wenig Haltegriffe, Rutschgefahr in der Badewanne,... Handtücher und Badetücher "kratzen". Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut und reichlich und viel Auswahl, da Buffet. Kellner im Restaurant sehr zuvorkommend.

Eigentlich müsste man Minus-Sterne vergeben können. Wir haben vor über 2 Monaten unseren Aufenthalt gebucht und eine schriftliche Bestätigung erhalten. JETZT, 6 Wochen vor Anreise, wurden wir per E-Mail informiert, dass der komplette Wellness- und SPA-Bereich des Hotels bereits geschlossen ist und bis Ende des Jahres bleibt, da er komplett umgebaut wird. Alleine das ist schon eine Unverschämtheit, dass einem das 2 Monate nach Buchung MITGETEILT wird. Ohne Entschuldigung, nur mit dem Hinweis, dass man gegen Aufzahlung in die Therme kann. So ein Ausmaß an Unprofessionalität ist uns noch nie untergekommen. Nicht nur, dass es unheimlich ärgerlich ist, so kurzfristig und während die Baustelle bereits begonnen wurde, informiert zu werden, sondern auch diese Unverschämtheit, wie damit sogar seitens der Geschäftsführung umgegangen wurde, ist unübertrefflich.

Die Minibar war leer, Es gab keine Schranktüren, Die halben Spots waren kaputt, der Bademantel war schmutzig und dann gab es keinen passenden Bademantel mehr, es gab keinen Gebäckservice-＞einer betagten Frau wurde nicht mit dem Gebäck geholfen, mein Partner musste helfen da dies nicht vom Personal erledigt wurde, der Boden der Terasse löst sich auf (Spalgefahr), Stiege gesperrt-Garten gesperrt wegen morschem Holz, Preis Leistung steht in keiner Relation.
