계속 호텔직원이 바뀌어서 놀랐지만
다 친절했어요
특히 여자분 그리고 아주 약간 나이 있으신 회색머리?이신분 너무 스윗하셔서 체크아웃까지 너무 행복했어요

호텔 객실은 사진에 나온거처럼 깔끔하고, 엘레베이터 맞은편 방을 사용했지만 생각보다 방음도 잘 되는지 사람들 소리가 거의 안들렸어요
에어컨이 따로 있어서 놀라웠어요! 에어컨을 제대로 즐기고 왔습니다 🥰
침대 매트리스가 정말 최고였어요 👍🏼 수많은 호텔에서 잘때마다 매트리스가 불편해서 제대로 잠을 못잤는데 제대로 꿀잠 잤어요 🤩
Wahnsinnig gute Matratze, echt gut geschlafen 🤓
Ich kann dieses Hotel bedingungslos empfehlen. Wenn ich wieder nach Augsburg komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 🙋🏻

방도 크고 조식도 맛있게 잘먹었어요.
출장 때문에 방문했지만 아우구스타 호텔에서 잘 쉬고 갑니다.
오래된 호텔이지만 깨끗하고 에어컨이있어 시원했어요.

Great location in the center of Augsburg. We were able to walk everywhere we needed easily. Hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful: one lady on staff gave us a fantastic recommendation for a traditional Bavarian restaurant a stone's throw from the hotel! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Was very close to the train station . Had a great organic store, bakery next door . . Where you could pick up things if you needed A great Hamburger place near the hotel . Friendly staff ….

A lovely hotel and spacious, comfortable room. Easy walking distance to the old town, shopping area and the cathedral. Obliging and helpful staff. The only drawback was not having a parking area so we had to use the car park next door and at 20€ per day it was not cheap. Other than that this was an excellent experience and the hotel itself is value for money.
