Red Roof Inn Augusta - Washington Road

Breakfast was good for complimentary, rooms were average ~ all the faucets were opposite cold was hot and hot was cold, floors were pretty dirty and toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. Air conditioning was good but we were there in April and I can't say that it would hold up if it were July or August. We had fresh towels each day which was a plus. Helena at the front desk was AMAZING ~ she was patient, kind and very helpful ~ I hope I got her name correct!

Room check in was a mess. Couldn’t figure out who was in what room and seemed like they double booked things. Gave keys to our room to people who checked in after use. Loved the Masters, but the hotel situation in Augusta is just the worst.

Although the rooms have been "updated" with new linens and furnishings, they were done very hastily. Nothing in the room could plug in (fridge, microwave, clock) due to furniture. Room was not very clean. Smoke alarm did not have a battery so it beeped. Faucet in bathtub dripped constantly. However, staff was very friendly.

Craphole. Lights over sink didn’t work. Bedside outlets didn’t work. Door attaching the two rooms was deteriorated and not secure. Dirty pillowcases and bedspread. Did not give you enough covers. Overpriced for masters week.

Beware. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, the property may not be finished yet. I’ve been very satisfied with Red Roof Inn in other cities, but this was by far the worst. Furnishings are cheap or broken and the “pet friendly” rooms were the worst available. It wasn’t the staff’s fault. They tried.

Terrible place. Very dirty, broken AC, blood on the floors, and very unhygienic place

Room was filthy, bed sheets and towels were all stained and dirty. It was gross. Staff was friendly.

Trash can was full, Rose pedals were on the floor, sheets had cigarette burns, mini fridge had old food and cans in it, and I haven't gotten my deposit back

No breakfast, as advertised. TV remotes didn't work. Old mattresses laying all in the parking lot. Not even have good hot coffee in the AM. Staff looked like borderline homeless.
