Americas Best Value Inn Augusta

Very run down, beat up furniture in the room, bathroom had mold. Very sketchy outside. Don’t go out at night. ******* needs to check out there hotels before booking them.

Hotel was kinda dated. There were Holes in the wall, toilet seat not attached, no security lock on the door, and tv didn't work. The agent changed our room, but it had issues as well, but not as bad. Overall, I give it a 4, because it was close to restaurants on Broad Str downtown. The agent was very nice.

DO NOT STAY at this hotel it is appalling and unhabitable. Rooms are really poor quality, the sink had a hole in it, the toilet had chips in the seat. No toilet roll was provided. There was a large break in the top. The curtains were stained. The lug socket hanging off the wall - a major electrical hazard that could be deadly. The furniture was old, chipped and very battered. No locks on the doors, No safe provided. Felt very unsafe. Goodness knows what was growing and living in the mattress. Out of 3 nights we only stayed one as it was late and we had travelled all day. Left as quickly as possible, Avoid this one.

Clean room, staff was polite. Room was aged but also inexpensive. Only stayed one night, in Augusta for Styx concert. For price, acceptable. If you want higher end go across street to Holiday Inn.

Definitely coming back! They have some great coffee in the front lobby and the room was VERY clean. I truly enjoyed my stay!

Booked a reservation and they didn’t have a room for us, we needed to wait until 4:30 so they could find and clean a room for us

Hotel is tired and in need of upgrades. The staff is friendly but that doesn't offset dirty and dingy rooms
