Not bad generally. But they're too many workers who cannot do anything. For example nobody could cook simple fried egg on breakfast 😔

The environment is very comfortable, the room is clean, the surroundings are spacious, there are other sports facilities, the gym is pretty good, the food is also very good. If I come again next time, I will probably stay in this hotel again!

Ambassador Ajanta Hotel has been a great experience. The wooden panels depicting Ajanta–Ellora art, the polished brass antiques, and the theme of the restaurant with its Pichwai miniature art are truly captivating. The staff, especially Mr. Sanjay and Sanket, were courteous and very helpful. It was an amazing experience taking a beautifully curated tour by Ms Ayesha Sehgal, of the sacred trees, ranging from the holistic trees where spirituality dwells—Audumbar—to the magnanimous Peepal and a 150-year-old Banyan tree. Rudraksha and Bel Patra were also present. The mighty Baobab. Time permitting, one can take a pradakshina of the different trees for blessings. Mahua, Reetha, and Arjun trees are also present. Growing fresh organic vegetables for the in-house kitchen is a lovely farm-to-table idea. Thank you for a truly holistic tour!

My hotel experience was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The bed was cozy, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of delicious options. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a memorable stay that combined comfort, quality service, and great value.

I had a pleasant stay overall, but I wanted to share a small observation that left a lasting impression on me. The entry gate security guards stand for hours at a stretch without even a basic chair — I saw one leaning against a lamp post for support. It felt inhumane and uncomfortable to watch, especially at a hotel known for its warmth and attention to detail. Providing them with a simple seat would not only add to their comfort but also reflect the same sense of care, empathy, and humanity that you extend to your guests.

We stayed at the Ambassador Hotel for one night in April 2026 while visiting Aurangabad with my husband and two kids. While I think it’s marketed as a 4-star property, the service, food, and overall experience were just below 3-star level. The hotel itself is huge with a grand entrance and valet staff who were warm and helpful with luggage. That was the only welcoming touch. The front office experience was cold – managers in black suits in the lobby saw us but didn’t acknowledge us at all. No greeting, no smile, no “Welcome” after our long drive. The property feels very old and dated, and the rooms were nowhere close to 4-star standard. Beds were just okay and the bathroom was small with basic toiletries. Our evening was frustrating. The TV didn’t work, so I called reception. They promised to send someone but nobody came. Dinner via room service was disappointing – biryani was average, fried rice was extremely substandard for the price, and they insisted we pay immediately instead of adding it to the room. Breakfast the next morning was worse. The spread was extremely basic, food was tasteless, and the restaurant staff were impolite with zero eye contact or assistance. My kids barely ate and we felt completely ignored throughout. For a hotel of this size and price point in Aurangabad, the indifference and lack of basic hospitality were unacceptable. A 4-star property delivering below 3-star service and food is not worth it, especially with family. We won’t return.
