It was my first time here. Great customer service and the rooms were clean. It is a nice hotel. I did not get the opportunity to fully explore the hotel but I will next time. I will most def recommend

Everything about the hotel stay was excellent very pleasant clean room you could see the city and river walk the staff was also great they help with valid parking also carrying our luggage also easy excess to walk outside the river walk . I would definitely stay there again

Friendly wonderful hotel with all the amenities needed. The warm welcome cookies made it feel homie love the stay and the hotel The bed was very comfortable and room was top notch

Really neat hotel! We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. Wish we could have stayed longer and that it would have been warm and we could have taken advantage of the pool and outside area!

Terrible. The lobby is nice but the room has cheap furniture, scratchy towels and uncomfortable beds. The fire pits didn’t work. They charge for parking but the garage has very low ceilings so you can’t open the hatch on your SUV. You can’t go anywhere without your room key card. The security guard hassled us about parking even though we had a parking pass. Really awful hotel.

The room and restroom was nice and clean. Easy check in, my stay was pleasant. Will be booking again at this hotel in the future :)
