Room was not ready and police where there when showing up for the hotel

Food was ok, but the hallways were very duty and small not friendly.

Nice room. Good location. Good service. I would stay again.

The staff was extremely rude. I also got my Apple Watch stolen by cleaning staff

I had a bad cold in the plane as it was super cold. so I went to the hotel for early check in or for a room for a quick shower. The front desk is very cold and rude, and said I need to return in 4 hours since the room is not ready. Today before checking out I see many rooms are in fact ready by the same hour. I explain that I need to take a shower to avoid the situation to worsen or otherwise I will fall sick. Any arrangement would be great, even a dirty room. She said no. I in fact got sick today.

When we arrived, the staff was friendly. However, when we went to our room, it had not been cleaned—there was trash everywhere and the beds weren’t made. We were given another room, but it was also dirty and moldy, and there was no toilet paper. The curtain looked like it had been burned and was covered in mold on the other side. There were also stains on the towels and bedding. Mind you, we were in town for my son’s oncology appointment, so this was not a good environment for him. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were not working, which was disappointing because my kids had been looking forward to using them.

While checking in, a young lady approached the front desk. She was visibly upset about seeing her 2nd room dirty. She took pictures. I encountered the same problem with my room. The associate was very apologetic. It wasn't her fault she was given the wrong information. My only complaint was only receiving one room key when I needed two. I was also disappointed at seeing the fitness center "Closed for Maintenance ".

The person at the lobby was very nice and professional. However the room 104 had a very stained carpet and the top of the window sill also had stains. The room did not smell nice even though it was a non smoking room. This room was not worth what I paid. I have stayed in much better hotels like the Drury in for less. Very dissatisfied with this hotel.
