Our room was nice and the hotel staff, particularly Anastasia, were helpful. The downside was the WiFi worked fitfully or not at all and the breakfast wasn’t very good.

The accommodations were great! Nice and quiet. Close to Ávila for sightseeing and then back to hotel for relaxation. There is a pool and golf nearby. Great for a week or weekend getaway! Would recommend highly!!

This lovely hotel is located in a picturesque setting that touched us and upon arrival we were eager to walk the grounds. There are so many birds on the grounds creating a comforting environment. The hotel grounds were in need of some maintenance and lacked an adequate pathway so the stroll was shorter than desired. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well with the help of the quiet setting. The dinner wasn’t the best but the breakfast buffet was great. Staff were warm and welcoming. A comfortable stay all around.

Magnificent property! The room was very classy I loved the property far from the city and with a wonderful park to walk and enjoy nature.

Very nice stay.. The overall impression was 9 out of 10. The reason is that breakfast starts at 08.00 but they offer to give you a "pick nick " basket" in case you need to leave the hotel before 08.00. The swimming poll also is small. Other than that, thrcroom was very spacious and very clean and the hotel staff was always very friedly and helpful a lot.

Happy in Avila What an amazing stay! The room was huge, as was the bathroom with a huge tub and a separate shower. The beds were so comfortable and the decor was professionally done! Lots of free parking on-site, elevator, small refrigerator and plenty of hot water.All in all, it was a great stay!

Shocking treatment. Staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Massive wardrobe but no hangers. Lovely rooms but no coffee or tea facilities. Queue to the only coffee machine was eternal. No food despite coming late from a delayed flight. No four stars, more like a basic hotel.
