SpringHill Suites Avon Vail Valley

The room was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast good different choices every day! They offered shuttle to vail without cost, that’s convenient because the parking there is paid until 4 pm. It’s just 10 min from vail, and also they have a shuttle to beaver creek. I would love to back there. Thank you,

Me and my puppy Daisy, had a phenomenal stay. It made my first stay in Vail a very memorable experience. I would like to personally thank Sade at the front desk for such a warm welcome and all of her recommendations. The older maintenance worker for continuously assisting with the hot tub. And lastly, the younger gentleman at the front desk on the night of Saturday, March 7th. He went above and beyond to accommodate Daisy and I. Thank you guys!

Great stay, just did an overnight and the staff was great, loved the hotel and the amenities.

This location was convenient and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but they did run out of yogurt (sorry, we'll have some tomorrow). The one thing that surprised me was the $20/night charge for parking. I don't recall seeing that when I reserved and it's not like this hotel is located in a city or close to an airport, so 95+% of people are going to have a car. This just feels like a way to keep the listed price low, but then tack on an added fee.

It was OK until we were charged an additional $80 to park our vehicle in front of the hotel that we had already paid to rent. When I called a question this I was told that it was in the fine print which I think is kind of deceptive because I went back to look at my itinerary and documents from motel.com and it only showed my cost for the hotel. It did not show me any cost or additional fee to park my vehicle We chose to go through ********** because it made things easier, but on the back end we were charged more money and so for that reason, along with the fact that we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, three stars.

We had a great experience there! Rooms are nice, great breakfast and very close to vail ski.

Room was great. Breakfast was a plus and other amenities were nice. Overall a nice property close to both Beaver Creek and Vail. The downside was the location of our room in proximity to the lobby. We were on the first floor with a room closest to the lobby. It was like tenting in a campground — you get to go to sleep when the last person decides to call it a night, and you get up when the first person decides to get up. Loud talking in the hallway in the middle of the night then awoke us and the lobby music started around 6am for more noise. A disappointing experience, especially given the high nightly rate during ski season. An additional surprise of $20/night parking for what really isn’t a dense area. Seemed like a money grab.
