Upon arrival we had a friendly welcome. They are very hospitable here and all facilities are well organized. Thank you very much for the wonderful time in the beautiful hotel. We strongly recommend that you try out this hotel and relax and surprise yourself with the delicious food and the great hammam and massage.

My holiday experience at Granada Luxury Beach was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was swept away by the sheer beauty and luxury of this coastal paradise. The attention to detail in the accommodations was remarkable.

We had all the things we were searching for.Had a lot of fun and its definitely the first time that we’ll be back again.The kids were smiling all the time and never asked for anything,had everything that thay wanted.We’ll be back soon 🥰🥰🥰🥰

One of the grandest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, the staff make this hotel as special as it is. They are kind, courteous, thoughtful, willing to help at all times quick to please and funny. We travelled as a family of five to Granada luxury hotel in May-June 2023 after awful jet2 flights we arrived exhausted to our room 1420 which was ok With three boys but they could have done with their own space really. We had a view of the surrounding buildings which I think were the staff quarters. Food Food is a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the same dining hall. It’s busy which is expected in the school holidays and with the size of the hotel I thought there was a good variety of foods and I am vegan, I had contacted the hotel before my visit to ask about vegan options of which I was told would be catered for. I did ok with the roasted vegetables, rices, potatoes, cous cous and bulgar wheat. But my partner struggled as he doesn’t tend to eat that many carbs. I think it’d of been nice if you’d had a vegan buffet as you did gluten free with maybe cake and ice cream options. The children were over the moon food wise plenty of choice for them. Even for fussy eaters. Again the food hall runs smoothly and is spotless thanks to the wonderful staff. The waste on the hotel food must be astonishing though, I saw people take more than they needed and just leave it. Pools and slides The pools and slides are amazing, staff yet again work tirelessly to keep customers happy with their games, music, kids club. And also safe the lifeguards were really on the ball. The beach areas were clean, as was wonderland. The entertainment was brilliant, I’ll presume some of it was performed by the day staff but amazing all the same Overall A good holiday enjoyed by all, plenty of choice of things to do both in the hotel, and out of the hotel in Belek and Antalya. You’ll not be bored. Just disappointed in vegan food choices, get with it Turkey xx

Just got back from staying here and miss it already. The rooms were amazing, clean and a fantastic size. They cleaner came everyday to make the beds and replaced the towels and did a proper clean when we left the light on. The mini bar was restocked daily too! We only used the snack bar and main resturant and there was plenty of choice and they held theme nights. My only criticism is the the lack of Vegetarian and Vegan options. The snack had 5 different stations and catered for all. The wellness centre offered plenty of services in regards to massages and treatments, also houses a salt and steam room, 2 Saunas, well equipped gym and pool. Clean towels were supplied every day. The inside pool was lovely and warm, housing a kids pool and jacuzzi. The outdoor pool was massive! What impressed us the most was the attention of the the life guards, they were outstanding! They site also has a barbers, clothes shop, jewellery shop, mini supermarket, Irish bar, coffee bar and kids area. Overall the staff were very friendly, the waiters were attentive, the evening bar man in the lobby I'm particular was great. They remembered our drinks and we were greeted in both the lobby and the resturant with drinks at the ready. Would definitely go again however we would like to try the Granada Belex next.

I would like to share my extremely positive review of Granada Luxury Beach Hotel in Avsallar, Turkey. Our stay at this hotel was incredibly satisfying in many aspects. First and foremost, the waitstaff deserves the highest praise. The staff not only provided exceptional service but also took great care of us as guests. They were always courteous, helpful, and ready to fulfill our needs. Their dedication and attentiveness made us feel truly valued. The variety of drinks offered at the hotel was impressive. The bartenders prepared delicious and creative cocktails that certainly catered to our tastes. We had the opportunity to try different flavor combinations and enjoy high-quality beverages throughout our stay. When it comes to food, the menu was diverse and delightful. Each day, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes and the high quality of the meals. We were satisfied with both local and international cuisine. Everyone found something to their liking, and our taste buds were truly satisfied. Additionally, the hotel provided daily entertainment and performances on stage. It was a great addition to our stay. We had the chance to admire various artistic shows and enjoy live music. This further enriched our experience and provided us with plenty of entertainment. Our room was not only beautifully designed but also cleaned daily. We were pleased that the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness and order, providing us with a pleasant environment for relaxation and rest. I cannot forget to mention the beach with its beautiful pier and bar. The beach was well-maintained and offered a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment by the sea. It was there that we could indulge in stunning views and pleasant moments under the sun. In conclusion, Granada Luxury Beach Hotel deserves the highest recommendation. Excellent waitstaff, a variety of drinks, delicious and diverse menu, daily entertainment and performances, beautiful and clean rooms, and a stunning beach—all of these aspects made our stay unforgettable and truly enjoyable.

A great hotel and deserves the 5*. Reception staff greated us nicely on arrival, even though it was really early hours of the morning. We had a room overlooking the pool and sea, which we'd paid extra for. Plenty of room in it and nicely decorated. Food was plentiful and so much variety at every meal. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool, on the pier and on the beach so no need to worry who's going to get their towels out first! Great entertainment by the pool during the day with activities and displays and a good variety in the evenings on the outdoor stage. Pool was beautifully clean - a little cold initially but you soon got over this after swimming for a while. Our room was cleaned every day and sometimes we got a lovely animal made from the towels and petals scattered on the bed. Special thanks go to Nuri, the lovely barman at the lobby bar who mixed delicious cocktails, Birlik, the skating waiter round the pool who was always happy to help and Miraç the helpful waiter in the restaurant. The guest relations manager was really helpful too - gave us a private tour around after we'd been discussing some things with her and also helped us out with a problematic situation with the local tour rep. Apologies, can't remember her name, I've left this too long to write. Not many British staying here, quite a lot of Russian and some German. Didn't bother us though. Most of the entertainment, restaurant, bar and reception staff have enough if not good English so communication is easy. If you want to do some shopping and not travel, there's an underpass near the hotel which takes you over the other side of the main road to a souk that has loads of shops with all kinds of gifts, fake goods, food etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again if we return to the same area.
