Really a nice place for relaxing. Perfect service professional, helpful and friendly staff with a warm smile.
We stayed in Naruto Room which is really amazing. Kids are super excited for the free gifts and Naruto , Sasuke clothes.
Your can enjoy free drink, snacks and welcome fruit providing in the room.
Dinner and breakfast are included which is really high quality and delicious. Awaji beef is a MUST try.
If you like watching stars, GRAND CHARIOT is a wonderful for you.
The only disadvantage is the transportation. We went there by public transport. All information and instructions are unclear and we spent plenty of time to get there. Also, hotel is far away from the park entrance. You must contact the hotel at the information centre from park Exit F for the pick up when you arrived. Other than that, everything is perfect.

It was a stay in heavy rain. We didn't have a barbecue, but the food was delicious. Breakfast is also satisfying with lots of cute small bowls. We had a fantastic time staying in the Dragon Quest suite of the Grand Chariot. It was decked out with Dragon Quest designs everywhere. It even had a DQ sound effect when you walked through the door. You'll be treated to a multi-course dinner and breakfast that was superb with some nice surprises. It has a fantastic view for sunsets and sunrises and there's even a complimentary whiskey cart. The staff is top notch. There were multiple staff that spoke English well and they were all very friendly and helpful. It's right up the hill from Dragon Quest Island and they have a shuttle service to get you back and forth. They even provide lovely DQ themed yukata kimonos you can keep. It's the perfect luxury experience for any DQ fan.
