Jain Food was good at swad restaurant and great service provided by Mr.yuvraj, Mr.Sanjay& Mr.Manoj. Visited with 8month old baby and they provide baby food to us and also they have baby high chair in restaurant which was very useful to us to feed the baby peacefully.

Property is great, animals are awesome, food is mediocre, room service is bad. The dogs, parrots, miniature horse are absolutely adorable. The pool, adult as well as kiddie, is good too, not too deep. The total ambience is family friendly. My only bone to pick is food and room service.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The service is very good. Srushti from the reception is helpful and friendly. We travelled in the monsoon so the feel is being amidst the clouds. The spa therapists Ganesh and Sangeeta were experienced and humble. Overall the experience is good especially for a family outing.

Good service and good hospitality, good food and all pets are haman friendly and safe for kids , good swimming pool good parking space for all guest , orgenic food and climate is super and good greenery all over the resort , they just need to renovate rooms a bit

One of my worse hotel experience. Lets start with positives as its few. 1. Location - easy to reach 2. Kids abd pet friendly Now negetives 1. Service - poor , especially that of their in-house resturant woodpecker. I once waited for 30 min to get bill. Staff in untrained and least interested to work 2. Food - poor. They served maggie in breakfast. What else can one say 3. Room - terrible. They dont mention their apartments in their site which is bad. There is no lift and senior citizens have to climb up. Plus room quality in our case was poor with torn bedsheets, no shower curtains. Bottomline - Avoid this resort.

Rooms at the resort are good with highlight being the petting zoo. However, the restaurant at the resort is pathetic in terms of service and taste of food was not great. Overall, the USP of the resort is their petting zoo and nothing else is good there for the cost they are charging.

We ordered their paneer, roti dal, chawal and veg biryani. Outstanding food and great service. Our server (Ajay) went out of his way to provide us excellent service. I recommend visiting this place if you're in or around Igatpuri. The resto also provides an airly and lovely ambiance.

Nice place for couple as well as family. Bachha party will also enjoy... Quality of Food was good... Nice place to visit near Mumbai... Enjoyed with pets and birds.. Relaxing place. Kids enjoyed a lot in swimming pool. Indoor games are also available...

We had an amazing time.Right from the resort rooms, the ambience,food, staff, petting zoo everything is worth the money spent. The rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet has good variety of both veg and non veg. Their petting zoo is the best part. Right from dogs, exotic birds, horse, It's amazing to spend time with these animals specially kids enjoy a lot. The swimming pools are also clean. The resort is huge and very well maintained. Thank you Harish Pandit for the Hospitality 🙏🏼

The service and the food were quite good. The petting zoo experience was very enjoyable. And the service given by domnic and ajay was appreciated. The food quality was excellent ***** with peaceful and pleasant surroundings for the resort
