Free parking Need to improve on. The variety of menu for breakfast. Near to Ayer Keroh Industrial area.

Stayed at AMES Hotel, Melaka for a work trip and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a good variety of food, catering to different tastes. Overall, a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend for both business and leisure.

Service very good. Room cozy & clean. Shower in bathtub with no bathtub mat which so dangerous for my kid & preggy wife. Bed setup fail which use the small duvet cover for Superking Duvet insert & i think the best time for the hotel change the mattress that badly torn. Booked the deluxe king with patio because i want my kid to play at patio but the smell so bad, mossy & dirty. They didn’t clean the patio. This really makes me upset which pay more but can’t use it. Wifi not to stable until need to call technician but fed up because still same. For breakfast, food varieties and nice. I don’t have the photo for patio because don’t want to open it again after 1st impression. I have video for bedding but can’t upload

Breakfast is variety but meat is limited, it still have space for improvement. Anyway, staffs are friendly, services are good. Cleanliness is tip top.

nak pergi melaka? i will recommended to stay dekat ames hotel, even jauh sikit untuk ke bandar tapi really worth it!! dari awal check in sampai la check out, everything was really good!!!! sampai je lobby, ada orang akan welcome and buka pintu, even terserempak dengan staff hotel dekat lift or mana mana waktu dalam hotel, mereka akan greetings kita and staff hotel memang sentiasa senyum and so so frendly!! i was stay for 3d2n, breakfast on friday, tak sibuk sangat tapi untuk weekend, memang akan pack tapi staff mereka sangat laju untuk clearkan meja .. food pun tak ada yang kurang, sentiasa banyak!! kena try fresh croissant! sangat sangat sedap hehehe!! ada roti canai, nasi lemak, omelette, pastries, idli, english breakfast! eh mcm mcm lagi lahh.. mmg worth it!! room service pun laju, order dinner pun laju and sedappppp!! minta ice pun laju je staff hotel bagi, tapi dia bagi bukan main besar bekas dia🤣🤣🤣🤣 pressure air dalam toilet pun kuat, aircond sejuk, facilities semua okay!! toilet dorang cantikk sangatt!! definitely will come again!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I always stay here whenever I'm in Melaka. My only complaint is that check-in and check-out take too long.

The location is indeed quiet because it's not near the main road. Parking was okay, maybe because it was Monday and Tuesday. The check-in process was smooth, but the service at the check-in counter was a bit lacking — the staff seemed reluctant to talk. When asked about the Hi Tea package, the staff couldn’t confirm whether it was available or not. Then, upon entering the room, we immediately saw children's footprints on the bed sheet. Luckily, the housekeeping staff was still nearby, and when we informed him, he immediately replaced the sheet with a new one. The shower is positioned directly above the bathtub, which makes it difficult for elderly people or those with leg/back pain to step into the tub to shower. As for the Hi Tea package, you have to call the phone number listed in the Facebook promo directly. The Hi Tea set for two people was really good, and the service at the restaurant was excellent. As for breakfast, they had many choices and everything was delicious.

Good hotel if you have things to do around the area. It's not that far to Melaka town e.g. Jonker but took long as the traffic in Ayer Keroh is horrendous. The hotel breakfast spread is nothing much. Hotel staff is very attentive.

Location: Great because I just need to be in Ayer Keroh only. Parking: So many parking spots to choose from (outside/inside) Room: The room is kind of seasoned with new touch up but still great to stay. Food: Have varieties, but same as other hotels. The staff is very friendly 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The pool quite small, but still okay 👌 Got upgraded to room with balcony🤲🤲🤲 If I need to be in Ayer Keroh, this hotel should be my 1st choice.

Stayed 1 nite in Ames hotel. Top class hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Their restaurant and Moonbar dishes was the best I ever had. Breakfast wide varieties and excellent Definitely we're come back again

Overall is above average. Room is good, but bathroom need some maintenance done. Breakfast is good.

Very good hotel, very good breakfast, the location is near to highway

Hotel is ok but doesn’t feel that it is a 4star hotel. Room is ok but aircond is so so and not that cold. Toilet is ok and clean. Overall is ok and acceptable but for the price of RM450 per night is a bit on the high side considering the location is far from Jonker Street. Buffet breakfast was great actually, many choices.
