Not long back from a week at the Stamatia Hotel, check in was flawless you kindly left some food in the fridge for as we arrived late, the food at the hotel is very good we have been to many AI hotels yours is up there with the best, plenty of very tasty food for everyone and always very well cooked, the room was very nice, although the sea view I paid extra for was a little disappointing as I needed a telephoto lens to see the sea but I suspect that is Thomas Cook over exaggerating the experience and it wasn't cheap through them for that extra special room. The pool area is very nice and quite chilled, it's a relatively small pool but the lifeguard really needs to start and manage the sunbeds the amount of beds with towels in them and no one in sight we never actually sat around the pool all week which was quite disappointing as the rest of the hotel facilities were excellent. Thanks to your staff working extremely hard this is a in the main a very nice hotel with excellent food and very comfortable beds we never experienced any hassle from the young people in the hotel as this was dealt with straight away by your staff including stopping the bikini clad girls trying to access the restaurant, well done. Thanks for a nice week away.

From going through the doors to reception the first person we met had everything and explained all we needed to know the food was varied and well presented delicious cleaning staff working hard and the staff behind the bar were all very friendly both my wife and I have been to Cyprus over 30 times and would have no hesitation in going back to the hotel Stamatia.

Wonderful experience, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, food - breakfast and superb dinner with a large selection of dishes, lots of different fresh fruits. Aya Napa is beautiful, the beach near the hotel is ok, but we stayed more often at Nissi beach, which is famous and you can walk to it. The hotel deserves a star more. All recommendations.

The parking and espresso was ok. But the rest was a DISASTER! Food - 10 minutes you must be looking for something tasty. Fast food style of cooking unhealthy food.If there was something healthy it was untasty. All the stuff is waiting to take the plate from under your nose - when not even finished. After eating the food, we had stomach discomfort. Pool- Too small to swim. Unfortunately I have to say that the hotel and the stuff is three classes under the neighbour hotels level. Service- I can’t understand why the hotel is all inclusive if not even water is all in… Rooms- The bathroom looked really old - mould on the shower plus no quality ceiling. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

A good hotel with a great all-inclusive. Pool area nice, enough of sunbeds, food delicious and wide all-inclusive drink menu. Room was clean, modern and spacious and was cleaned everyday. Staff was nice overall, but a woman named Andrea who was mostly working in breakfast service with a white shirt could smile a bit more and be more nice to guests. Also she seemed to be rude to her colleagues (and guests) and I saw her multiple of times checking her phone. I was hoping she could be more professional if she was in a higher position as her other colleagues. I have read other reviews about staff's professionalism and behaviour but I only experienced this with Andrea. I want to send a special thanks to Damna who was working at the bar. Very nice, professional and polite young lady. Always had a pleasure to be served by her. Also Eleni who was at the bar during night was lovely and was pleasant to be talked with. So thank you Damna and Eleni, if you're reading this! You made our vacation lovely.

overall a great hotel for a girls holiday! the hotel was very very clean, check in staff were so polite and got food upon arrival late at night. Food was good, a large range and as a Vegetarian I always had options. snack time between meals was great we enjoyed the toasties and pizza slices. We asked for a pizza to share between us instead of us all ordering a slice each, which confused us as you had to pay for a full pizza outside of all inclusive? the same with bottled water which I was buying daily from the bar as water came out of the same tap as all other drinks like soda, lemonade, orange juice, so I could taste all of this when I wanted some fresh water... not great. not enough sun beds for the amount of people at the hotel, eventually found some after sitting on the chairs instead. air con had an eggy smell occasionally. spare bed for a room with 3 people is rock hard, I layered it with 2 quilts to soften it. the gym was tiny, only machine which was a cable machine was broken, heaviest weight was 6kg - not stated anywhere online its out of order and a shame as I would have liked to have used it. all inclusive drinks are okay, bar closes at 11, which was early for us but may not be an issue for others. a clean hotel, lacking some entertainment options and facilities, overall good

I liked the food and the staff, except for the fact that I paid for a sea view room (such as room 519, which I received on the day of departure when I checked out later), but I was given room 524, facing the boulevard, where there was noise. There was constant noise from both the boulevard and the air conditioning. Of course, I mentioned this at the reception, but the ladies there tried to convince me that this was a sea view room. This is regrettable, as I paid approximately 200 euros extra to the agency in Romania. When I pointed out the noise from the boulevard, one of the ladies at the reception told me that next time I should go to Protaras, as it is quieter there

Great value for money, good location - the hotel is close to the beach and boulevard and supermarkets, clean, good food, friendly personnel. Would recommend this hitel for families and the ones that are looking for a relaxing holiday at the beach.
