great location and well priced.

This is the second time I come to the hotel. The hotel is located in a very central location, which is about 50 meters away from every main street and about 400 meters from the sea. The hotel has really comfortable rooms that provide really good conditions, a really rich breakfast but the same *** every day. The employees are very helpful and kind and really want to help, I arrived one day and thought to check a hotel closer to the sea, but it was so pleasant that it was really unnecessary to make a change.... Even if I come again I will take this hotel.

The hotel may look renovated on the outside, but the rooms on the ground floor where we stayed were in very poor condition. The soundproofing was terrible, the door was very old, as was the bathroom door. In the bathroom, any metal fixtures were rusty. It was also not very clean. The breakfast was very poor. Not recommended, especially for families.

The hotel itself is in a really good location. It has been looked after the gardens are lovely 😍. The dinner was lovely, breakfast and lunch to but the snack bar is absolutely disgusting, how can you call that food, I understand all inclusive not going to be amazing but thos was not great at all! Hot dogs tiny, spag bowl dry, burger the bun is twice the size of the burger 🍔 Staff A real let down as every time I have been to Cyprus they have been freindly, but these guys just wanted to go home I understand its end of October and season is nearly over but they could of been alot more polite. One of the barman was just chatting every bird up he saw and was clearly on something going to the bathroom and then coming out wiping his nose 👃 and sniffing! Was polite to all the woman but when a bloke came up no interaction... I mean I ain't fussed but a simple smile would of sufised Overall I would stay again if the staff and the snack bar would improve as its a lovely lil hotel

Premium accommodation in Ayia Napa, I've been here for the second time, it's like going home.. the nicest staff welcomes you here.. the room, the food, the cleanliness, the location of the hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa, the best place!! The most delicious food is in this hotel, everything is wonderful here!

The hotel is very central to everywhere. Near the harbour which has a beautiful beach The choices of food is very good, have so much verity and you can have snack at the pool bar if you miss lunch

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The entire staff — from the reception and restaurant to the cleaning team — was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. We had a night flight and arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m. with a small child, and the ladies at the reception were so accommodating that our room was ready by 8 a.m., even though check-in is only after noon. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and we had absolutely no complaints about the food. The rooms are spacious and have lovely terraces. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again!

Very bad experience. The cleaning of the rooms is deplorable. The food is bad, with little variety and not replenished when it runs out. The staff's friendliness leaves much to be desired, and the management does not have the necessary competence to run hotels. I do not recommend it.
