Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel

Fabulous stay at the Sancta Napa. The food is excellent so much choice, something for everyone. The desserts are so delicious Snack bar has an extensive menu choice and is again delicious. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Rooms are lovely and clean and a pleasure to stay in, thank you, housekeeping. Entertainment throughout the day is so much fun, a big shout out to Kirsty & the team. Pools are lovely for a cool off. My only suggestion to the F & B is to upgrade the mixer for drinks at the bar. Bar staff make your drinks with so much laughter and a very quick service with a smile. The rooftop restaurant is a must, absolutely beautiful food. We arrived home this morning after and amazing 10 days AI at this fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived our every need was catered for. We arrived just after midnight as the AI ended. We were given a sandwich and reception phone through to the bar to remain open so we could have a quick drink. The sandwich wasn’t amazing but it was enough to keep us going until breakfast. The selection of food available for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day would make it difficult for the pickiest of eaters not to find something. I loved a plain omelette each morning, and the chef at the omelette station quickly remembered my order. There is a roof top restaurant that serves a Pan Asian menu, my husband does not eat fish so we weren’t sure if it would be something he would enjoy. We both loved it, I even had him trying a bit of sushi between his meat dishes. The service was impeccable. This is the only AI we have ever been to where we did not want to eat out in the evening. The different themes each night and the variety of food available plus the service from the staff at lunch and dinner times where you order your drinks and they are brought to your table. The room was huge. It was a ground floor room with direct pool access. When our children were young we would have loved this but it lacked any privacy for sitting on your balcony. The hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels every day too. On our last day we had to check out at 11am but were not leaving for the airport until 7.30pm. Our cases had been checked in for the flight by jet2 so just kept a change of clothes and some toiletries. Was able to use the gym shower and change before leaving. But the best part, we were able to use the full AI facilities until we left. There’s usually a down side to a good review like this and it is usually the location that lets down a hotel as good as this. Not this one! The actual area where the hotel is situated is fairly quiet with a bar across from the msn entrance and a 24 hour supermarket. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 5 minute walk in the other direction to the square and less than a 10 minute walk to Nissi Avenue. Quad and buggy rental across the road, bus stop to Famagusta/Nicosia very short walk near the square, everything is accessible. We loved it so much we are hoping to bring our adult son and his girlfriend next time. Thank you so much to each and every member of the team for making our visit so memorable. Such an amazing place, we go home tomorrow, feeling sad never met such hard working lovely staff, Job, marcus outdide bar, marios, christios. Reception George. Hotel food amazing, rooms spotless clean, nothing is an issue for staff. Some rude horrible customers thou, it costs nothing for manners. This hotel is close to a stunning beach beatuiful walks, to nissy beach, bus link for 2 euro to protaras such a beatuiful place, we will certainly return. An inside bar would be a good idea…. Gets chilly in the evening but no patio heaters . Everywhere exceptionally clean … Staff are amazing …lovely hotel manager . Mario at the bar was a star …. Remembering names /drinks etc … great asset to this hotel . Rooftop restaurant very nice -lovely food . Shame the cocktails aren’t ’dressed’ no fruit etc -but still enjoyable! If you smoke /vape there’s only an area near bar for this . It’s my first experience of such a rule -for that reason I have given 4 stars . Surly they good set up areas next to the pool with sunbeds and smoking /vaping areas ?

Absolutely brilliant stay! Food: great variety and always fresh, don’t understand what some negative reviews are about. We were spoiled for choice and loved everything. Location: close to the clubs, pubs, marina areas, little holiday shops, and attractions (sling shot, boat trips, water park, etc.) All within 10-15 minute walk but far enough away to not hear loud noises at night. Staff: we had nothing but good experiences, all very polite and efficient at their jobs. Room: we got upgraded when booking in which just made our whole trip! The room was spotless and cleaned fabulously everyday. Pool area: spotless and always something going on (music, games, etc.) Pool can get busy but it’s summer what do people expect? If you’re doubting whether this hotel is for you, dont! I am the fussiest person on the planet when booking holidays and I would come back here in a heartbeat. Take that as your sign!!

We have just returned from an Easter holiday break as a family of three we had a great time and found this hotel a very good base for our travels Food we found the good great great variety and great selection of snacks from the back bar just thought could if been a little hotter at times the food was cooler than we liked Drinks the alcohol variety was good and I enjoyed the sparking wine the soft drinks were poor quality and we did not enjoy this we also felt as no indoor bar we didn’t always enjoy our drinks in plastic cups Pool was cool but we did expect that with the time of year we had no Issue with sunbeds and always got a nice area Room Was adequate little small for the three of us maybe better to have a family room with children but we did get a great view of the sea which we enjoyed Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful the bar staff were lovely and special mention to the evening bar team sorting get all the names but they were very friendly especially with our daughter special mention to Kirsty Sofia and Toni our daughter loved the kids activities and really enjoyed her time in the kids club Kirsty spent alot of time with the kids and my daughter loved the football they organised Overall we had a great stay thanks

Couldn’t fault this hotel extremely clean well maintained, fantastic food and great staff

The hotel is modern, big, and entertainment was good every night. Room was quite spacious (annex 2), however, the bathroom is small and not renovated and the shower door did not close fully. Cleaning daily but superficial at times, as we still found hair, dirt, and sand in the room and balcony after cleaning. Food was good with great variety every day for every meal. However, the all inclusive drinks were disappointing. Good variety but poor quality in my opinion. The staff was generally friendly

Our stay at the Atlanta Sancta Napa Hotel in Ayia Napa was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy everything Ayia Napa has to offer. From the moment we arrived at the Atlantica Sancta Napa hotel we had a great first impression. We were greeted by the friendly reception staff, who were helpful throughout our stay and assisted with our cases to our room. The hotel was exceptionally clean at all times, with every area maintained to a very high standard. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well looked after, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was beautiful with the terrace opening up to our own access to the pool. The food was another highlight of our holiday. There was an excellent variety every day, with plenty of choices to suit everyone, and the quality was outstanding throughout our stay. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and presented to a very high standard. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming and relaxing, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A very special mention goes to manager Ele and her amazing team. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made every guest feel valued and cared for. Their warm hospitality created such a positive experience that we already can’t wait to return. Thank you to Ele and the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ayia Napa!
