Pambos Napa Rocks Hotel - Adults Only

Went down to this Hotel for Pambos Pool Party on Thursday and what a party it was! Big Pool, Wicked DJ’s and all the of staff were proper nice. Easily the best event I’ve been to abroad over the years. Rooms and Lobby looked like they’d been freshly renovated when we walked through to the party so I’d definitely look to book this Hotel if I fly back out to Ayia Napa again🤝🏻

Visited this hotel for pambos pool party, can safely say the best pool party in Ayia napa. Lovely pool, very busy, great staff. Got a sneak peak at the newly renovated rooms too which looked amazing. I will definitely be booking this hotel when I return.

I have honestly slept in bandos cleaner than this place with ********** that more helpful and respectful than any of the staff.Upon arrival we were left in an empty reception for an hour then taken to possibly the most disgusting room imaginable with literal bird manure on the inside of the bedroom door also do make sure your aware that you sheets nor the the room gets even looked at it’s a disgusting place that charges €10 for ac and €20 for WiFi by the day in all honesty the whole place is just a terrible and dirty environment and it’s not worth cheaping out as a little extra money is worth it to not be In a environment that makes you itch.

Great hotel with plenty going on and fun throughout the day. Staff very attentive and more than happy with any questions.

In this appartments only the location is good... in. days we change our room 3 times... because of mattrees problem ... because in some rooms there was a. problem of hot water... Rooms were not so bad for that price .. but the whole place near appartment was dissgusting... The Clothes the towels were not clean ... smells so bad. The dirtiest hotel I have ever seen..

It was the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The place was so filthy I was afraid I might get sick, with ants and other insects everywhere, the bed and wardrobes in terrible condition, and the bathroom absolutely dreadful. The noise was unbearable, unlike anything I’ve experienced before. At reception, we were even asked for money as a guarantee so we wouldn’t damage the room or our ID/passport. They told us that some English tourists had thrown a party and wrecked the place, claiming that’s how they “have fun.” But why should we be punished and forced to sleep in such miserable conditions? This place should be shut down immediately—it’s beyond unacceptable.I have more video that Im not able to share.

This is the worst hotel ever! Everything about it - was absolutely disgusting! We booked this hotel through On the Beach. They should not be selling holidays with this hotel - it should be removed! One pool was completely empty the other was so dirty wouldn’t go in it. Loungers broker, bedding areas filthy! The state of the whole hotel is diabolical! This hotel is not fit for use. Totally misleading and mis-sold. I would advise anyone to not book this place. Absolutely everything was wrong with it. Derelict, dirty, unsafe - the list is endless! No cleaning in our rooms, old towels, beds near enough on the floor, lock to door hanging off, ants and mites in our rooms, shower that didn’t work, flooded. We lost water couldn’t even use the toilet! No shower, it was the worst holiday ever. Glass handrails moving a foot away missing glass, no fire extinguishers no safety in this place whatsoever. Me and my husband ended up paying for another hotel to end our 2nd week of holiday and so wished we done it sooner. It ruined our holiday completely. The place should be shut down! Staff do nothing to help. No Duty Manager to contact when there was no running water cos it was a weekend. It’s not right it’s sold to unexpecting people on holiday.

Unacceptable conditions – we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Did not look like the photos. We were looking forward to our stay in Ayia Napa, but our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and frankly shocking. Upon arrival, we were met by an unprofessional and unhelpful receptionist who ignored our questions and didn’t understand when we said we wanted to check out. He acted like nothing was wrong and offered no assistance. The room itself was in terrible condition. The towels were dirty, and it was obvious that the bed linen hadn’t been changed – it had simply been turned over after the previous guests. The mattress was so hard we could feel the springs. The air conditioning didn’t work and blew only hot air. On top of that, we found ants and a large insect or cockroach crawling on the floor. The door lock was broken and didn’t close securely, which made us feel unsafe. As if that wasn’t enough, there was extremely loud music and noise from outside all night – even at 4:30 in the morning. Sleeping was impossible. After a long day of travel, this was the last straw. We felt forced to leave the hotel at 5:00 AM and booked another hotel on our own, which cost us 21,000 NOK (around €1,800). We are now left with a significant financial loss. We have documented everything with photos and have filed complaints with the hotel and our travel provider. This hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of hygiene, safety, or service. I strongly advise others to stay away.
