It was my first time to visit Gondar and looking through hotels online to book was something I was doing for couple of days. From all the reviews of hotels I was amazed about four sisters and decided to stay for one night and change the next day since I belived it's a small hotel with no views. The great hospitality started from the shuttle driver, then when we arrive at the gate every staff was outside to welcome us with great smile🥰 The inn is clean, modern and I wasn't happy about the room without an outdoor space, Solomon the receptionist didn't even wait until i finish explaining about my question when he offered a different room, I decoded to change the hotel the next day to have a swimming pool and great view day @ Doha lodge, but I ended up going back to the inn with big disappointment of the hotel🧐 You are going to Gondar then four sisters is the only place to feel home

Great location (it is very near palace complex). Friendly helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Good food, that was prepared very quickly. The poached eggs for breakfast were perfect! Everywhere was pristine and clean. Comfortable room. Good bar. Modern decor.

Really nice hotel in Gonder with cute, clean rooms with balconies and competent staff. Upon arrival, guests are warmly greeted with complementary coffee or tea. The breakfast is also really good (you can choose from a menu with various Ethiopian and western options and put together your own breakfast). The Four Sisters restaurant is only a short walk away.

While Bahir Dar usually gets all the raves as a tourist spot in Ethiopia, I far prefer Gondar for its nice small town feel, its beautiful vistas and its amazing castles. You want to be IN the town, be near the people -- and Inn of the Four Sisters is perfect for that. Barely a 10-15 walk from the central roundabout with the statue of Emperor Tewodros. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the hotel itself is cheerful and well decorated, with gorgeous balconies... The staff are nice and always accommodating. Some highlights: the only place I know in the entire country where you can get genuine, properly made English style porridge! Gondar has its power outages, but the hotel has a generator so you'll barely miss anything, especially for the times when you need the Wi-Fi. No worries on that score. I love this inn because you can sit and relax in its lovely courtyard and rest... No rush like at other places, no fuss, it's like a little oasis. And the much celebrated Four Sisters Restaurant, a landmark in the town, is only a short walk away as well!
