Hello. We had stayed in same hotel in Makkah and it was nice, and we enjoyed here in Marjan Island RAK as well. And I recommend it to visit it for all, location is nice, the facilities is good and cleanliness is good and the most important the service is excellent in everything . I would like to thank all the staff for the warm welcome and their smile and thanks for the management for that. Just I have few suggestions as below: 1. Please it would like to be better if the pool and beach will open earlier than 9am it is nice if open 7am. 2. Since it was July and the weather is too hot it would be lovely if there are family's inside activities as a inside fun city or inside gaming or even a theatre for cinema or and other show. 3. For the food it nice and a lot of choices but the menu of sweet is poor and for us the toast not nice, also of you can increase the selection of fruit not only 3 kind of fruit. The hotel is located on the beachfront. It is a massive hotel with lots of activities to do which includes 5 swimming pools, spa, beach football and volleyball, small waterpark and gym as well. We had a fantastic staycation. The buffet breakfast was amazing with great Indian vegetarian options as well. Overall I had fun and would really recommend it to anyone planning their trip to Marjan Island, Ras al Khaimah.

Turns out, expensive doesn't always mean good. This was an absolutely terrible experience that I will never repeat, mainly due to the unprofessional staff. This was my first visit, and I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM, coming from Abu Dhabi. They made us wait until 3 PM to get our room, almost as if punishing us for arriving early. This was despite the fact that I had booked two rooms, one of which was for my 74-year-old mother. Utterly exhausted, and only after I had to raise my voice, did they finally assign me the first room.

Such a beautiful hotel conveniently located . Hotel amenities are great and food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.Room is clean and well presented. The only downside I experienced was the bed / mattress, they are not very comfortable, definitely need good quality mattress in there.

Breakfast and lunch and dinner is not so nice and no have too much chooses

The place was very nice, my kids enjoyed our stay there. Staff’s were very approachable and helpful.

Pros: Service is friendly, accommodating and efficient  Rooms are great for the price point Buffet restaurant was surprisingly good , never bored over 5 days Wide beach with plenty of pool areas Sports bar is great, but not all drinks are in the all-inclusive, but has premier league football Cons: If you drive you will have to park outdoors under a tree and your car will be covered in debris, no underground parking House drinks could be better, soft beverages are great though Pools and beach is overcrowded Outdoor bars close too early Restaurants are not included with the all-inclusive except for buffet restaurant, suggest guests staying over 2 nights should be able to book within all-inclusive Overall, was dreading the booking , but was pleasantly surprised.
