Not really 3 stars hotel…

Firstly, the reception were useless and didn’t even bother checking that we had made an extended booking online and relied on a call. They also then proceeded to complain to us. When we changed rooms the cleaners were being extremely disrespectful towards us and keep in mind that the hotel is actually a 2 star hotel rather than a 3. Also, don’t even bother paying for the breakfast.

No issues with the staff. Issues with visitors that have no respect for other people that stay st the hotel. You are not at home, have some class. We don't need to repeatedly have to tell you to stop signing and talking out loud for the whole hotel to hear you. Common room is for all that stay at the hotel. Do not barricade the door or tell others they cannot usd because you want to have a personal gathering. Go rent a conference room. Stop acting so disrespectful and entitled. It a hotel, not your personal living room.

it is not a hotel but rather a motel, a place of ************, they lied about the name of the hotel, not suitable for staying with family, everything is different from the image that is on the application, they themselves suggested that I not stay there because it is incompatible with our personality, I did not stay there I could not cancel the reservation because there is no cancellation option, I rented another hotel

Live was live. In this place I was alone, end with you, my great friend. Room was quiet and budget.
