This hotel is said to be close to the sea. I drove by paragliding and island hopping. I drove through the sea but did not see the beach. It should take ten minutes to walk, but it’s close to that area. The location of the hotel is relatively close to the periphery. The first night was a triple room, the kind that father and mother brought a child. (Because there is no more room) This room is the second room on the right of the first floor. Bad review. The room is very small. Although the two of us, the luggage can not be opened at all, no place to put. If the family lives, it's really small. Basically lie down and go to bed without crowding. The toilet is slightly larger. And the sink is better than the second one. On the second night I changed to another room. On the second floor is a double room with pool view. The difference is that you can see the swimming pool by opening the balcony. The hotel's own swimming pool. This room is not very big but it is more comfortable than the first one. The only dissatisfaction is that the sink is too small and too small. Even if you brush your teeth and wash your face, it’s too small to wash your clothes. If you book this room, you can still live. On the first floor, you spent so much money living in a small hotel at 60.80 in China. These two rooms are only a few tens of dollars. The room was only 90 yuan in September. So probably measure it. The parking lot is large. There are many locations outside the hotel. Many cars are parked at no charge. There is a parking space every time I go back. This is good. Suitable for children. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. Many children are playing. The swimming pool is also quite large. There are also some chairs for rest. You are charged at the hotel when you arrive at the site. Euros are charged, but he did not find me the euro. In short, the price is there. But the price is the same for a hotel. Room size Location Orientation. this is the most beautiful hotel! From the moment of booking to the moment of departure everything is perfect and even better! Upon arrival, we were greeted like relatives - in the shade in the fresh air they arranged a check-in, helped to connect to Wi-Fi. Told all the rules and useful information. We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! Gorgeous apartment on the ground floor! Fully equipped with washer and dryer, fridge freezer, air con, sky TV, WiFi, huge double bedroom and large single sofa bed. All cooking equipment you'd need to make a simple meal. Small balcony enough space for 2 to sit out and watch the house chickens scurry about the garden. We only stayed overnight for a very early morning flight so didn't venture further than the fantastic little supermarket almost next door! Superb accommodation for what we needed . Great hotel to stay if you have chosen Oludeniz as a holiday destination. Special thanks goes to their restaurant - all meals I ordered there during 2 weeks of my stay were fresh, delicious and fabulously served. Turkish breakfast, shrimp in pineapple and mutton kebab were absolutely gorgeous. They give generous portions and care to impress you with the beauty of serving. Second thing I liked was their exterior, terrace and inner garden. I loved drinking cocktails and coffee there. Your eyes are seeing the paradise (the flamboyance of colors, forged elements, mountains on the background). Plus, the hotel is not huge, and therefore not overcrowded - you will feel comfortable and relaxed there. Last but not least is the staff. They are great. I traveled alone and surely needed company. I made several friends at the hotel, because people working there are easy-going, humorous and interested in communicating. This was also a big plus for me :)

We were guests at The Residence for Two weeks at the end of May We are regular guests to Antalya in The Regnum Maxx Royal Cullinan Rixos etc so high calibre hotels This hotel’s ambiance service and vibes bettered all the above We were totally blown away with the welcome given on arrival the service kindness and genuine care that your stay was of a high standard Everyone from cleaners gardeners waiters and managers, welcome service and attitude was outstanding We stayed in block 46 with views out to sea thru the wooded area this block receives sun all day and is extremely quiet The room has a jacuzzi style bath (salts and oils included) Power shower iron ironing board hairdryer and straighteners Bottles of branded sprits and a fridge full of soft drinks There are snacks and chocolate replaced daily too Pillow menu and pillow spray! The room is nothing short of immaculate with turn down service included too There is a swim up bar a pool bar and a beach bar Service round the pool is constant from friendly Emily staff who simply can not do enough for you The resort seems to be mainly English guests and the standard of spoken English by all staff is amazing Food is served daily in the main resturant which is all Al a carte you will want for nothing Cuphea is a nice lunch time area also Al a carte) bookable but free in evenings) You can book free The Al a cartes next door too There are 3 Turkish Italian and Chinese Payable steak and fish Balkon has a fabulous Turkish breakfast spread in a gorgeous setting In the lounge there are chocolates ice cream and cakes ☺️ After frequently visiting the top hotels in Antalya with double if not more price tag I can highly recommend The Residance It maybe considerably smaller but service facilities and overall feeling of complete tranquility is second to none I could go on and on .. but dint think twice about booking Enjoy 🤩

I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel is such a gem I had to. The setting is beautiful right on the seafront gorgeous throughout the day with amazing sunsets every night. The staff are second to none all of them, reception, restaurant, bar, the chefs all so friendly and done with smiles on their faces. I have to give a special mention to the 2 ladies who do the housekeeping what a lovely pair of ladies always smiling giving you a wave and going out of their way to help you. We had a room on the third floor and enjoyed a sea view and a view of the mountains and could watch the water taxi travel up and down. Yes there is no lift but the steps are not steep and are short flights if you need to take a breather we had no issues as a couple in our 50’s. Our room was very modern, good size with a very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and good air conditioning, the balcony is small but large enough and has a table and a couple of chairs. I was concerned that we would struggle to find beds around the pool but this was never an issue sometimes having it entirely to ourselves. The water taxi is a 5 minute walk away and plenty of bars/restaurants on your doorstep yet you were never troubled by noise on a night time. We stayed 10 nights and enjoyed it immensely and would highly recommend this hotel. No complaints at all my only suggestion would be some more draws/shelf space in the rooms if staying the length of time we did. I look forward to returning and enjoying their great hospitality only returned home today and miss it already. Thank you for making our holiday!

My wife and I spent 2 nights at La Farine in the deluxe suite with sea view and thought it was adequate but not exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they offered 5* service. However, the room and hotel were not at the same level. Room lights and a/c were controlled by key card, and even with the key card inserted, the a/c turned off frequently. The balcony had a good view, but it was not possible to keep the small spa filled with enough water to enjoy soaking. The deluxe suite was up a flight of stairs from the last elevator stop, and navigating the steps was challenging because the lights did not turn on right away. Breakfast was sufficient but seemed light by Turkish standards. We thought a patisserie would include baked goods with breakfast, but they all came at an extra charge. We tried croissants and were underwhelmed; even the ones at Costco are better than these. Street parking was incredibly challenging, but staff were exceedingly helpful in this regard. We also liked La Farine's proximity to good restaurants. However, if we come back to Fethiye, we'll likely stay elsewhere.

Great location to town it’s a three minute walk to the cute alleyways to all the shops and restaurants Right across the street from the Harbor we paid for a Seaview and so glad we did I heard the other rooms just look over old buildings at the back The entrance & lobby is very cool and had nice air conditioning. Our room was very nice, very clean.The shower was beautiful - It had a sliding door so when you were in the shower you could look out to see the sea & Harbour TV selection for English was minimal but that’s ok Breakfast was fantastic a large selection hot and cold, fruits pastries cereals etc. What was the most fabulous thing about breakfast is it’s on the top floor where you have a fabulous views of the Harbor and it’s also a restaurant at night. It had a snack menu which you can go and order pizzas etc during the day very inexpensive. The staff at the hotel but very nice the lobby guys were always nice, the cleaning ladies were always very nice I did have a problem with some of the youngster at breakfast. They are constantly cleaning the tables with White trolley - that fabulous they are super cautious about clearing up I love that they’re attentive But they constantly pushed in front of me and it seemed they gave no regard to the paying customer.. if I’m walking up to go get a coffee and there’s a guy with a trolley I would’ve thought he would hold on & let me pass, but the youngsters always seemed to just plow ahead without any regard for their clients which I take is poor management - obviously they need to be taught that the customer should be allowed to go first, don’t intrude in the customers way etc. etc. This happened every morning. A lot of the staff were very young so I put that down to inexperience but really the management should have a heart to heart with their staff. One guy was exceptional & stood out -he was super friendly, short middle aged bald, always working hard to please everyone (sorry I didn’t get his name) I did enjoy the breakfast -though several other reviews said it was the same thing every morning The cold food was definitely the same -salads, bakery items cereals but the hot food was varied every day that we were there They had a coffee machine a large variety of juices, Turkish tea. I also noticed people ordering omelettes and smoothies which I believe are included. What was a little disappointment is the pool area - it is up on the top floor terrace it’s pretty much a small plunge pool which is really nice but super hot — only 2 umbrellas so barely any shade (Bear in mind it’s 90° ) they really very much needed some tall trees or palm trees or large plants to give shade to others who are unfortunate enough to not get an umbrella There is a boat that takes you to the Alesta Beach club (free) the boat ride is very nice it runs about 4 times a day 10:30 and every 2 hrs later (20 min ride) I must say I was a bit disappointed with the Beach club The bar area is lovely with great seats and fabulous

From the pictures, I expected a nice spacious pool, with childrens/splash pool. I expected a rooftop terrace/sunbathing/relaxing area and a pool table. It seems that some changes have taken place since photos were posted online as there is no splash pool or pool table and the roof terrace is a barren, unwelcoming space. The pool now has a wall built up against one side, so along with the boundary wall, means it's flanked on all sides and doesn't receive enough sun to warm the pool, so even at the end of the season, after a summer of sun, its still freezing. As in other reviews, it seems rooms vary wildly. Ours was much nicer than our friend's, but our balcony was next to useless as it was completely shaded/baracaded by creeping plants. All of this, I could let slide, bearing in mind the price paid, but the service we received was a deal breaker for us. We like to drink late, often returning from town for a couple more at the bar before bed. On our first day we asked what time the bar closed and were basically told, whenever we wanted. We returned from town at 12.30am to complete darkness. We asked if the bar could be reopened and received a flat out ”no”. On another night we arrived back at the bar when it was still open, but later on, I think somewhere between 1.30 and 2.00am it shut down. That is understandable, but we didn't like the fact that we weren't told it was closing or asked if we wanted anything else, they just turned the lights out, shut everything down and left us sitting there in the dark! Despite this, 4 members of staff were still in the vicinity, one ”night watchman” and three others sitting chatting and looking at their phones. It seems bizarre, that you wouldn't keep the bar open and take our money, if you are hanging around anyway? Most of the time we were completely ignored by the staff, no one asked us how our day was or if we were enjoying our stay. There was one exception, one guy did make more of an effort to say hello and we had a brief conversation at the bar with him once in 10 days. For these reasons, we chose not to give the hotel any of our money and took our custom elsewhere as much as we could. We reckon the hotel lost out on at least £1000 in drinks from our group. Although the hotel had its faults, its close to the beach and more than adequate, so we may well have stayed again, had the customer experience been better.

Very satisfied. The room was narrow because it was a single room, but it was enough to rest alone. It is 3 minutes walk to the beach. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean ~ Unfortunately, the hot water didn't come out, and only the cold water came out, and I liked the terrace, but it was the only thing that I saw was the building like a lung building in front of me. Very satisfied and well rested for the price.
