Seda Capitol Central Bacolod

I love the location just across the main lagoon park and walking distance to the Ayala Mall. Breakfast is good with wide selection of table buffet spread to choose from. Generally clean and nice people. Restaurant Manager is very attentive and hands on and so the staff. Thank you for the good experience. I will surely come back to this hotel.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and big. I also loved the convenient central location, which made it easy to walk to nearby malls and our room was facing the lagoon and City Hall. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Centrally located with good breakfast buffet. Rooms are modern but it does show a bit of wear. Nothing broken though. Room has big glass window to let the light in and blackout curtains for people like me who need a dark room to sleep after an early flight. Staff were very polite and incredibly accommodating, as with any Seda Hotel. Only con was that I was assigned a room with a connecting door. The room on the other side happened to be a pretty noisy family who talked loudly at night. I had to put my tv on full volume to drown out their voices.

We enjoyed our quick getaway thanks to this hotel being in the heart of the city. We arrived early in the morning and I was so surprised they were able to check us in at 9AM. Superb! The room was pristine and breakfast choices varied. Although, I hope they had more protein than just bacon and sausage, perhaps something less processed. But regardless, I enjoyed the other options and the bacon, yes. Pool is 4ft deep so I didn’t have to worry about my shorty self, lol. Oh and our room had the lagoon view so that was nice. It would have been nicer if they had the fountain lights at night though. Perhaps another time. Would love to come again should we visit Bacolod next time.

Great location and excellent service. All the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended hotel when you go to Bacolod.

The staff were great. Commendable service. The only concern were: 1 - towels are washed but looks dirty and gray as if it was used in a household for quiet sometime. 2 - work table looks unclean due to water marks and dust in between corners. 3 - at least make your tele a smart tv with youtube and netflix. For a hotel charges almost 5k a night, you should have a good type of entertainment inside. I can get the same hotel for less than the price you’re offering with better comfort and cleanliness.
