Not Recommended for Muslim Travelers 🚫🕌 Booked a king room via *****, but was given a twin bed instead. Despite my request to be moved, I was told to wait—but no follow-up. The hotel is old, and while maintained, it shows its age. Shower’s hot water didn’t work. As a Muslim traveler, I cannot recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet is heavily pork-based, with pork dishes placed beside most items. Even the scrambled eggs were cooked in the same pan used for pork—making it unsafe for halal consumption. Disappointed by the lack of accommodation and sensitivity. Travelers with dietary or religious needs, please take note.

I'm very satisfied, Seda is very nice place and the people there are really accommodating well. Well trained and not good but great service. My room is so nice and I have a great window view. I would recommend it and I will surely book and stay there again. Best place for staycation in city and travelers. I also love the food. 9/10 You well appreciate the rooms cleanliness of the space bed and other stuffs. For me it's an overall 10/10 experience.

This hotel is really just right at the heart of Bacolod City. It is very accessible and convenient.

We never feel disappointed. We feel like coming home. The staff is well trained friendly, and helpful. Otherwise, we will not stay there at least twice a year!

Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall. The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good. They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night. Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.

The location is convenient, and the breakfast is yummy, the room is clean and well maintained, I think this is the best hotel in Bacolod.

We only stayed here for 1 night to have a meeting, for the whole period of our stay, the experience was positive. Definitely worth coming back.

best place to stay when in bacolod. love the service, love that it has 24hrs gym. Very clean as well. breakfast is okay too!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive specially Cindy in the restaurant she give her excellent service , the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, and everything was well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This is my family's second time staying at Seda Hotel, and once again, they did not disappoint. The staff is incredibly kind and courteous, always quick to acknowledge and accommodate any requests. The breakfast was excellent—especially the coffee, which was a standout! The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Seda for anyone visiting Bacolod. It’s truly the place to be! 😃
