The air con was not really working that well, no (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap nor shampoo was there) like indicated in the e-receipt. The service was not really that urgent when it comes to costumer’s needs but overall, it’s good for the price. I hope the service will be much more attentive.

Rotting toilet door, cigarette burn holes on the bedsheets. Other rooms being used by multiple groups with shoes and slippers in the corridor. No hot water. Very bad for senior citizens and families with young children.

the hotel should consider accepting cancellation of booking based on the reasons of the client with full free refund.
example: the customer can not travel due flight disruptions.
