The room is big and spacious.. The only downside is that some areas are under renovation and the location is not well lighted at night. But the staff are helpful and very accomodating.

The hotel is near SM City Bacolod. Staff are nice. Breakfast is okay but can be improved.

Staffs are very attentive. The rooms are wll equipped and are clean. The walk tot he main agte can be quite scary because of the absence of street lights. Overall would still stay here.

what i like the most is their location it is near at the port and sm city. Their reception and waiting area is good looking,nice place and clean.Honestly we book 2 rooms but little bit disappointed coz their room is not clean a liitle bit dusty and toilet is not well clean,their towels is old. And mostly they have a big pool the kid enjoy swimming in their wave pool😍.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

We had a nice trip to Bacolod and stayed at Acacia Hotel for 4 nights. The people are very warm and they always greet guests and the service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good and included with our accommodation which is very affordable with the amenities as well with wave pool. We also enjoyed the massage that we availed. There is just one thing that the management must address, the ac had a disturbing sound and I hope they would fix it. The location is good because it’s very near the mall. Overall we had a good time staying at Acacia Hotel Bacolod.

The hotel staff were quick to respond to my requests and very accommodating throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, as it’s just nearby SM Mall. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
