Great location - just few steps away from the Cathedral. Walking distance from the Capitol Lagoon, Negros Museum, SM Bacolod and pasalubong stores. Convenient and comfortable. Also, the staff are all approachable and accommodating. They even have a laundry shop just outside the hotel. Breakfast is always perfect. Coffee is great. Thank you so much!

booked the hotel since this is one of the hotels near the venue of the congress that i attended. its relatively a short distance from the bacolod SMX Center. The amenities were basic, includes toileties. the room is air conditioned, and clean. the booking came with a buffet breakfast, simple filipino breakfast options but good enough for the price. value for money indeed

The suites Calle Vieja = Old (and not so called Nueva = New) is run from a distance in Iloilo. That's why maintance is poor. In every room are shortcomings. Nightly noise of the bar next door. Bathrooms cannot be aired out. Staff is excellent, mangement is lousy. A stinking hot welcome at the reception. The hotel is fiddling with room rates and does not give senior discounts, which are required by Philippine law. The last reservation I canceled. I don't want to stay overnight with ithem anymore. As for Trip.com: we have been tricked again: bookings appear to be going through ******* again. ******* also mess with room rates, just like the other brands they use, and it's impossible to contact them about refunds. They simply don't respond. Hotel and booking site: never again.

Clean, Classy and accessible. I liked that it had complete amenities and even came with free breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t fancy just basic meals like egg and bread but it was still good and I appreciated that it was free. I also really appreciated the staff; they were easy to talk to and very hospitable. Overall, it was a great experience

The location is really great. Breakfast is satisfying with unlimited coffee of course which I really like. The staff are accommodating and pleasant to talked with. Room is so good. I will definitely recommend this one to other solo traveller. Kudos The Suites of Calle Nueva 🫶

The place is within the heart of the city. Accessible to transfortations,, shopping malls and Restaurant with spacious room for two. Staffs were very nice and helpful..Well definitely come back to stay on our future travel plan🤔😍❤️🙏🙏🙏

We booked for a 2 nights stay it included the breakfast for 2. It Wi-Fi was fast and the rooms were clean as well as the rest rooms. The bed was a 5 star hotel standard.
