We stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated. They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay. Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.

I booked a room with a balcony, but when we arrived, the room had none. I called the reception, and they informed me that the room type I booked didn’t include a balcony, even though the option I selected clearly showed one. The hotel didn’t offer any upgrade or solution, so we just had to accept it. The room itself was okay, but the toilet was small, and there was water dripping from the pipe near the toilet bowl. On a positive note, the breakfast at L’Fisher was great, and my family really enjoyed it. The pool at the chalet, however, had old, faded tiles, which discouraged us from swimming. Overall, it was still a good experience because the location is close to many restaurants—especially Calea.

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive.However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.

The place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful. The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks. We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access. Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night. Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand. P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.
