One of the hotel's slogans: "Relaxation begins where you feel comfortable." You don't feel comfortable, no relaxation. It's a shame that you can't feel comfortable in the rooms as they are presented on the Internet. Because relaxation also begins where you sleep well and a guest is treated well by a host who cares about their well-being and doesn't make false promises and tries to improve situations. The rooms are not as they are on the homepage! The Internet only advertises beautiful rooms, but I was given a very old room with a connecting door to the neighbor, who you can hear talking loudly on the phone, watching TV loudly and coughing chronically. Despite speaking to them personally, the situation didn't improve by the end and a connecting door like that doesn't offer much privacy. Especially not for 3 weeks. I hardly slept for 4 days and had restless sleep on the remaining days and woke up several times during the night. I had no sleep problems before. I discussed this almost every day with the ladies at the hotel reception, with the deputy hotel manager and the hotel manager himself. There was one lady at the hotel reception - straight brown hair that was just past her shoulders, sometimes with glasses and a ponytail + a dismissive look (also at other spa guests), who told me that there was no chance of getting another room anyway, that everything was full and that the private guests would get the new rooms and otherwise I would have to pay an extra €200 per week. In general, she gave very annoyed information and was not at all hospitable. I asked for a new room at the next cycle change, which is always on a Sunday. This was simply not possible until recently according to the hotel receptionists. However, some other spa guests got a renovated room without paying extra. A gentleman said something once and got a newly renovated room number 310 on the following Monday 12.10 - his 2nd week. I arrived on 11.10. The lady in room 346 left the hotel a week before me, I asked if I could please switch to this one and I would also pay extra. Hotel receptionist: not possible, the next guest will definitely want this room. I was always friendly and matter-of-fact and just wanted what was advertised on the hotel's website and nowhere did I see anything about ancient rooms and unfriendliness. The deputy hotel manager, Mr. H., welcomed us and said, among other things, that his office is always open for any matter. The deputy hotel manager's answer to my situation: "There is no other room available, he can't do anything. You can also go home." 1 week later, I asked to speak to the hotel manager, Mr. B. He was understanding and gave me hope of a new room without having to pay extra. But I didn't get one. Nobody at reception knew anything about it. D
